It seems like I had been searching for a quality children’s vitamin for such a long time! My search finally came to an end in the later part of 2024. We had tried everything under the sun, all at different price points, different flavors and textures, with like and dislike from my three kids. It seems like there are so many options for adults and it’s easy to find something that works, and that’s not always the case for kids, as they can be SO picky. Here is what I was looking for in a children’s vitamin:-No gummy textures-Low to no sugar-Affordable (we are one income family primarily)-Taste good enough for my children to take happily (with no tears and choking them down)-Provide the nutrients to fill in my children’s nutrition gaps as much as possible (I know this always isn’t 100% possible)Zahler’s Vitamins hit all my above points!
