Great way to add additional fiber to your diet naturally
I started adding psyllium husk fiber to my daily smoothie for bowel health. I decided to try this brand and have been very pleased. The texture is a bit thicker than other psyllium husk brands but as long as it’s pure psyllium husk, it’ll do the job. It does not create a different texture in my smoothies which is a plus.

If youre a little sluggish, this is your fix. For me it works next day and adds bulk and makes you feel lighter. My son refuses to drink it in juice, so I add a couple tablespoons in a pot of oatmeal and he can’t tell at all.Don’t buy the stuff with flavor and sugar and additives – just get this plain and add your own taste, cheaper and healthier this way! Will buy again.

Great to add to my GF sourdough starter
Most Psyllium is very expensive. And although I was hesitant about purchasing a food product online, it was delivered fast and is good quality. I add it to my gluten free sourdough to create the “gluten” element. Old or cheap psyllium does not create good elasticity, but this did wonders.
