This book is really well done. It not only explains the importance of eating whole, unprocessed foods, but also gives personal stories of how changes in your diet can eliminate disease and maximize your health and balance your body. The recipes are easy and the ingredients are accessible. I love that it is written so that you don’t HAVE to buy the superfood mixes, but it also has a reference in the back for what mixes to use if you do. I have loved the YourSuper mixes for years and highly recommend, but understand that they are not in the budget for many people. Kristel and Michael truly seem like they just want to spread their knowledge and help others, they are a small business owner that I love supporting. If you want to start eating healthier and have considered a plant-based lifestyle (or even a partially plant-based lifestyle), I highly recommend this book!

Fantastic!
Finally a book that doesn’t have curry in every vegan recipe. Beautiful pictures, great stories and easy recipes. We should enjoy food with our eyes AND our taste buds. Recipes should have beautiful color, taste good and be easy to make and they nailed it. I like that Kristel and Michael emphasize eating to be focused on health and not calories and counting points. I am no longer afraid to eat bananas, potatoes and grains.I have been using their powders for a few months with much success with digestive issues. I like that they give the option of adding the powders to the recipes but not making it a requirement.Plant based people always wonder if the are getting enough nutrients and this book guides us through the mystery and saves a lot of time researching online.Thank you Kristel and Michael. This is my new favorite WFPB book!

Love this cookbook. Not only does it have easy to make healthy recipes but I love reading all the success stories throughout the book. I especially like the superfood powder list which gives you a description of the superfood, its origin, benefits, taste, and what other superfoods you can combine it with. Beautiful book with amazing photos. Great book/guide for those like me moving more towards a whole food plant based diet.

Full of wonderful information
I have been following YourSuper for YEARS and using their superfood powders – which are amazing. I am trying to become a healthier version of myself by incorporating more vegetables and fruits in my diet. This book is PERFECT!! I’ve been using Your Super mixes for a few years, but in a basic way- smoothies, drinks. This book takes it to a whole new level! I can add them in to so many things now. At first I was annoyed that the Your Super mixes weren’t listed on the recipe page, but I totally get the desire to be all inclusive to people that may not subscribe. And there’s a handy reference on pages 281-283 for those that do have the mixes. It is a low pressure book packed with great information. So far I love it! Well done! I look forward to trying all the recipes.

A great new way to look at your diet. Simple and easy to follow tasty recipes. For anyone starting out on a Vegan diet this book is a good place to start. I particularly like that most of the recipes are for either 1 or 2 servings so no leftovers. I’m only 6 days into a full plant based diet and I already feel light inside, bloating has gone down and I am never hungry. Very happy with this purchase.
