Helped Me Through A Severe Period of Long Term Stress, Also Good for Hangovers!
I bought this for some struggles in the winter with tons of stress. I have taken supplements for years, but really needed some help through this difficult time. I am so glad I did, but have to say that I found a better way to take it than what is recommended on the jar. When taking this two scoops at a time, I gagged and could not drink it. It is AWFUL. Kind of like breathing in crushed Sweet Tarts! Instead, I put a half of a scoop (or less) of this in the Rubbermaid shaker container (plastic with a ball inside to mix up drinks) which holds like 16 oz or more and put in a bit of Vitamin C powder from Maximum Living and cold water and drink it through the morning.I find that my energy level is much more even and that it does help me through severely stressful times. Half a scoop is more than enough a day for me too. I can always take another half if I want, and still not be overdoing it.The flavor is peachy and delicious. I usually can not stand stevia, but this is not bad at all. No terrible aftertaste.A word of caution- if you happen to notice, urine will come out a neon lemon yellow as it often does when taking any Vitamin B product, that is normal, nothing unusual. Also, it is wonderful to counteract exhaustion, hangover, or even caffeine crash- again lighter doses with a lot of water. The price is a bit too high, in my opinion, but I find at the lower doses I take it works much better for me and makes it last longer too. Well worth having this in the house when I need a boost. I don’t take this every single day but skip a day or two here as I do with all supplements.Despite my misgivings with the pyramid sounding set up of some of the products from this company, I think the product is well worth having around. (I have been taking and examining supplements for a really long time, so I am speaking from wide variety of experience).

So far, so good!
Let me start by saying that I have only been using this product for 2 days, so I will likely need to do a follow up review. However, so far, I am really loving BTT. There are a few items that I want to address that I have seen in other reviews, and to give you my opinion.First, let me tell you a bit about myself so you can put my review in context. I am female, in my 40’s, weigh a healthy 135# and am in good health. I eat a diet consisting of lean proteins, healthy fats, fruits and vegetables. I exercise 6x a week and am pretty fit. If there is a supplement on the market, the chances are I have tried it, as I am always looking for ways to feel good, improve my health, etc… However, with all of that, I have a pretty stressful job and often find myself in need of energy. I usually do caffeine in my pre-work drink (which is at 6am) but then I do not like to take caffeine after that because I don’t want it interfering with my sleep. BTT seems like the perfect solution because the last 2 days, I have been drinking it, I have had good energy through out the day, but did not have any issues with falling and staying asleep. One thing I would like to address is all of the negative reviews on the taste of this product. Let’s get real for a moment and remember that this is a supplement. It’s not candy, it’s not soda, it’s not a triple chocolate brownie sundae, OK? It’s a supplement in liquid form. If you have ever had Airborne, Emergen-C or any other citrus flavored supplement, BTT falls right into that category. It tastes just as you would expect any of those products to. Additionally, if you are someone who has slugged some of the nastiest protein shakes out there, you know that there are a lot worse things to drink that a citrusy flavored supplement. Now, I can fully appreciate that not everyone has “taste buds of steel” and not everyone is a supplement freak like me. So let me tell you how I have been taking BTT. In the morning, in a shaker cup, I mix 1 scoop of BTT with 8 oz. of water. I do 1 scoop for 2 reasons- the first is that I don’t feel I am close enough to 200# to warrant 2 scoops and the second is to make the container last for 2 months instead of 1. Once I have my scoop mixed, I pour a little bit of BTT into my water bottle through out the day. Every time I fill up my water bottle, I put a little bit of BTT in and then fill the rest with water. This gives your water a very slight orangey / peachy flavor that is mild and refreshing. Think of drinking a La Croix, but without the sparkling. I had read quite a number of articles and reviews that mentioned you should sip on BTT throughout the day and not just drink the whole portion in one go. I add my last bit of BTT into my water bottle by 5 pm, and then it is straight water after that. I thought that would give me a few hours of not ingesting BTT too close to bed.I know I haven’t been taking it long, but I can tell you in the last 2 days I have noticed a general increase in my energy. Not an energy “spike”, but a steady, all day, I don’t want to take a nap, feeling of energy. This is likely because I am steadily taking BTT over the entire day. So, that is a huge bonus for me. Previously, I would hit the wall and just want to shut my eyes. But not the last 2 days. I probably need a little more time on this front to see how I feel after I have been taking BTT for a while. At this time, I cannot comment on any weight changes, etc… but will write an update after I have been taking BTT for a bit more time.
