That said, the taste is… an experience. Not unbearable, but not exactly something I look forward to either. I know there is a lot of research on NAC helping with anxiety but not a ton of research on helping with OCD. The side effects are so few we decided to try it in addition to prescription medication and with the guidance of physician. I can say it does indeed help a little. Which any amount of help in the right direction is incredibly beneficial and worth the money. It is very easy to take- the gummy taste good and are a normal gummy texture. We have not noticed any side effect.
