4 month wonder but Western Chief Customer Service Saves the day!!
Bought these for my wife. She ABSOLUTELY LOVES THEM 💘.They are super comfortable and slip on/off easily. A big Plus is the chicken design since my wife is the Mother Hen to our brood of Rhode Island Reds! Sturdy construction so hope these last a long time even with my wife wearing them every day. ONLY LASTED 4 MONTHS BEFORE SPLITTING IN SEVERAL SPOTS. BUMMER. Can’t recommend for $35.Originally gave these boots 5 stars and revised it to 1 star after boots started to fall apart. I subsequently contacted the manufacturer, Western Chief, about their boots. I received a very courteous reply the next day requesting a few more pictures and receipt so they could confirm it was under warranty. I sent the requested info and they replied the following day that the boots were under warranty! However, the Cheeky Chick boots are only sold through Amazon but they gave us a $50 credit toward any of their other boots. So based on the outstanding customer service, I changed my rating to 4 stars even though boots started to split. I’m confident that if we have any additional issues with the new boots, Western Chief will stand behind their product. I anticipate that I’ll update this review when we get the Garden Trail Rain boots.

Cute boots with adjustible calves
I have big calves and have such a hard time finding boots that fit appropriately. These boots have a real buckle with several options for adjusting them, and I had no problems fitting in them. I usually wear thick wool socks with my rain boots so i went up a size. They are perfect!

cute but not for thick calves
i love the boots they are cute a fit my foot perfectly and the fur inside the boot is an added plus. However they are so tight around my calves that even unbuckled it’s still rough. I’ve been waring them for about two weeks to work and they haven’t seemed to stretch out at all.

Way better than expected! Thicker boot that is super easy to slip in and out of, fits a wider calf, and looks super cute. Excellent for wearing around mud and puddles. Best rain/mud boots so far. 👌

I wore these boots for 2 months. As you can see in my photos the boots literally began splitting everywhere. When I first received them, I thought they looked like sturdy boots but after one month I had a crack at the side of the boot, then after two months, I saw that there were 2 tears at each side of the boot and also the back had split open and on one boot it was split all the way to the sole. I paid $115 for these boots and expected better quality! Certainly not to be falling apart after 2 months. I contacted the seller Bixemy and they said it was a 30 day return. I explained that obviously the boots are defective and the return policy should be waived . They said no. They said they were sure that this was a quality boot and didn’t know how I was using them. I told them I am walking in them, their attitude was completely ridiculous. Amazon was unable to assist me unfortunately but they did reach out to the seller but the seller would not negotiate a one time return because of the issues. I even contacted the manufacturer but had no response. I will never buy another Western Chief product again. Don’t waste your money on these boots, they are garbage. And the colour looks white in their photos but as you can see they are like a greyish colour.
