The dosage recommended was too much for me. I notice it caused me to break out. I scaled back. Started taking it every other day instead of daily. On some days I took 1 instead of the 2 recommended. It helped with the break outs. I noticed great hair growth with this product. I recommend seeing how your body reacts and make adjustments to suit. It is great value for money.

I feel a difference in myself when I go a few days without taking a collagen supplement. My skin and hair get dull and dry. I was three days in no collagen when I started taking these and they do their job, I noticed my skin and hair was softer after three days of taking these. Three stars because I don’t like the size of the pills and even though the packaging is cute, the plastic containers are so thick and dense. They honestly should be reusable containers. I looked for a refill option but I’d have to buy another one. That bugs me. Just seems environmentally irresponsible. Please offer refill packs. I’d like to reuse these very thick and well made containers.
