Pricey, but worth it!
After breaking my leg, and finally migrating off crutches, I needed a cane for a few months in order to keep me stable and give me a little extra support until my leg was back to full strength.My PT had several different types of quad canes, but I didn’t like how heavy they were, especially the quad feet. It felt like I was lifting a bag of bricks attached to a pole. It also didn’t help that on many of them the feet were adjustable or reversible, and so a little bit loose, which made it all feel just a bit too unsteady for me. I’m also overweight, so putting most of my weight on something that shifted just a little bit was challenging.Since I had to purchase my own cane anyway, I came to Amazon and found this one. The carbon fiber is light, the feet are a part of the whole cane, and it had a pretty normal handle. Even though it seemed a little pricey, I liked the design, construction, and decided to splurge, since I wanted to be as mobile as possible.This cane was a total success. Not only was it comfortable, it was very light but also very strong, and easily handled my 230 lbs of shifting weight. I had to travel with it over the Christmas holidays and since it was a very light and slim form factor, it was easy to stow in overhead compartments and still leave room for mine and other people’s bags. There were only two things that were bothersome. First, the hand strap clips on, but with enough force, will come off the cane. Sometimes I’d pull the cane with the handstrap to get it closer to me, such as when I would be getting up from my office chair, and instead snap off the hand strap clip. Second, the handle is sturdy, but not that sturdy, and got a few divots from being dropped on hard surfaces. It was nothing that made it uncomfortable to hold, but if it was a “grippy” texture this would probably be more durable and more comfortable.

I had knee replacement this past August and have finally weaned my self off of this very useful, beautifully made cane. I still use it for getting out of the car and upon rising from bed. Over all the experience I had with this cane was and still is a lifesaver. I like the idea of the 4 pronged sturdy bottom. It gives great support and it’s very light and not cumbersome.

This is the only cane I could find that adjusts for short people; standard lowest adjustment is for 23;” this one adjusts lower so I am not having to use my shoulder all the time. The contoured handle is very nice. I wasn’t sure how it would feel not to have a cushioned handle, since I have a problem with my thumb joint, but it’s very comfortable. I like that I can sanitize it easily. Another thing I like is that the legs on the inside are angled a bit away from my foot so it’s not in the way. I did have a problem with the first cane I ordered — one leg was slightly shorter causing it to wobble. I was able to get a replacement within 3 days. I am very happy with this purchase!

I’m holding back one star as this is a Christmas present for my wife and has not been used yet. I will state though that it is unbelievably light weight and seems sturdy. I think she will be very happy.

Not adjustable for handedness. Too hard to adjust for height. Handle is small and hurts
Extremely lightweight, but that isnt helpful if the height and handedness arent adjustable, and you cant use it on the side or at the height you need it for. The handle wasn’t as advertised either, it is small and hard, not rubber. The base was too narrow for us, too. Returned as defective and not as advertised, and bought a Rehand, which is almost as light, is quickly adjustable for both hands and most heights, has a comfy, strong handle, is foldable, has a nice, wide base, and is less expensive. It looks nice, too.

It is only usable to left handed people
The cane was bought for my 78 y/o mother because of it’s lightness. Unfortunately it is only able to be used by a left handed person. The holes for height adjusting are only on 1 side, so it is not ambidextrous. We donated it to her physical therapy group

Yes, the feet are slightly different in height intentionally. Be sure the slightly shorter feet are toward your body. The cane handle twists to right or left by pushing in the silver dot and slightly turning it so the handle is appropriate for left or right and the short feet are toward you.The proper adjustment makes a huge difference in comfort and ease.
