The Omegas work. For a vegetarian or vegan? The numbers don’t lie!
I HAD to come and review these. They work. For a vegetarian or vegan to have this option instead of fish oil is really awesome. For years, I had broken my vegetarianism to get omega oils. Because of high triglycerides. Then I tried these. I wasn’t taking them daily. Then I got my labs. And was suggested I go on meds. I said “Let me have 3 months to do what I need to do… on my own. If they don’t improve, we’ll have this discussion again.” In that time, I took these daily (just 1 a day). I re-tested, and it had improved enough for the med discussion to not have to take place. 2 years later, I am still taking them daily. My labs just came back lower than I have remembered them being in decades. Call me a believer.. they’re in my daily intake for good! Thank you, Pure and Essential!

Vegan, healthy, and convenient!
I love that I can get my omegas and antioxidants in one convenient pill. It makes so much sense and is nicer than swallowing multiple pills. Plus the vegan versions of the omega-3 DHA and EPA are way more sustainable than sources that contribute to overfishing, and I’ve noticed are more “neutral” than the non-vegan type. I don’t get “fishy burps”.

No way of knowing if this helps
As a picky vegetarian, my Doc said I wasn’t getting enough Omega-3 in my diet so I chose a supplement. Chose this one based on good reviews. As hard to tell if it makes a difference as it is to tell if a multivitamin makes a difference. What can you do?!

No nauseous tummy, fish burps or acne that I normally experience with fish oil! Easy to swallow. Just one and done. Great for heart, skin, hair, eyes and joints! A necessary nuisance for those of us who just won’t eat enough fish every single week! It’s one and done! Price was ok let’s see if it stays thay way!

I was looking for a supplemental source of Omega-3 DHA and EPA extracted directly from algae oil, as opposed to from oily fish. This is naturally sustainable and free of marine contaminants. Ich hatte erst die Version mit 60 Kapseln, jetzt die mit 180. Die vegane Alternative aus Algen hat eine gute Dosierung und die Kapseln einen neutralen Geruch, sehr angenehm. Ich nehme als Veganer 6 Kapseln pro Tag, mehr sollte man wegen Gegenanzeigen nicht machen. Fühle mich gut versorgt!
