    Super Awesome Info! A Treasure Trove worth at least Ten-Thousand Times the Price of Admission!
    Counting on this to serve as a great foundation to help me break mountain climbing records at 250! A highly accessible and instructional collection of longevity-boosting information that if well used could add several decades or more of vital health to most anyone’s lifespan – and I’m sure that’s gotta be worth at least a couple hundred thousand beyond the price of the book! I’m especially excited about the potential of GDF-11 and I don’t know how much longer it would have taken me to become aware of it if not for this book. I’m beginning to examine Sinclair, de Grey and Kaufmann’s insights and protocols too to get a better grasp on how they compare to Ryker’s approach – though I’m sure his planned ‘Immortal’ book will go into yet greater detail on the aspects of life-extension focused on by those authors. I’m confident this book has significantly accelerated my journey in some powerfully life enhancing directions. At the same time, while I think it’s a great overview and almost a catalog of little known health and longevity enhancement options when it comes to the more-so cutting edge supplements and research chemicals suggested I’d still personally advise doing some additional research – via at least a few decent Youtube videos or online articles. At least that’s the approach I’m taking – especially as I find all this biochemistry of biohacking extremely interesting in any case. Though I imagine it’ll be covered in some depth in the author’s planned books on TRT and Hair Restoration in the context of recommending testosterone therapy it seems like it would have been good to include at least some basic preventative info on how to minimize conversion of testosterone to estrogen via aromatase inhibition along with more on blocking DHT too. Great presentation format for each supplement – compound listed – with a rating, basic introduction and background, the author’s personal experience, potential side effects, dosage, etc. I think it might also be nice to have had the rating number included next to each item in the table of contents too – but maybe the anticipation is better. Sometimes the author included fairly insightful accounts of his personal experiences though in other cases only his dosage level was included – and although I would have liked more insight and personal anecdotes in each case I’m sure it’s not always possible to say for certain just what effect a given compound is clearly having. I’m not clear why carnosine is recommended versus beta-alanine as I’ve generally heard it reported that beta-alanine is a much better way to build up carnosine levels in the body – though it may be that there’s other anti-aging benefits of oral consumption of carnosine itself as I’m noticing it included in at least one other popular protocol. Also in the context of recommending so many supplements I’d certainly be interested to hear the methods the author uses to organize and accessibly store what he takes throughout each day – and any specific systems for reminding himself what to take when. I’m currently using two of the MedCenter 31-day organizers – which are working pretty well, but I’m sure I could refine the approach. Based on the advice of Morley Robbins and others I’m inclined to take a considerably higher dose of magnesium too – along with transdermal Mg (cautiously) mixed with DMSO especially as I seem to have built up a disturbing amount of crackling soft-tissue calcium-phosphate over the years. Along that line it also seems that K2 would have been good to give its own prominent heading as it’s such an important and still not all that widely known vitamin. Though I think it was mentioned in the context of D3. I’d also be curious to hear the Mr Black’s take on Methylene Blue and GHK Copper peptide as some other prominent authors seem to be raving about them. Also of course curious about the absence of many of the key classical Chinese Medicine tonic herbs such as Reishi, He-Shou Wu and Cordyceps – with their long-term associations with longevity, etc. Also seems like it would have been good to include five or so of the other top Nootropic substances out there too. Additionally it could be great to hear his take on the growing field of molecular hydrogen therapies presented by LeBaron, etc. – though I think I’ve heard there’s some cross over or maybe redundant effects with C 60. and also when I think of it, Indium-sulfate? I’m always so surprised there’s so little talk I can find about that under-appreciated element. But who am I to say really: though chronologically I’m almost a decade younger than the author he still appears about twenty years more youthful than me! It’ll take me a while to fully and skillfully apply all of the strategies in this book but I’m well on my way to starting out. I’m working to first reverse accelerated aging from extended toxic mold exposure and stoked to rejuvenate and see the longterm benefits unfold for myself and any loved ones I can convince to come along on the journey. I’m eager to check out Ryker’s sauna book and three other planned books as well! To the extent I can afford it I’m committed to following this path – along with plenty of Nei-Gung & Body Electronics, etc. – at least until a well-tested swarm of nanobots or such becomes available to remodel my whole bio-system from the inside out. Thank you very much Mr. Black for sharing your vast accumulation of knowledge and personally tested insights – Very much looking forward to your future works!

    Excellent resource! I just finished reading “Underground Life Extension Handbook” and I am blown away.Today is January 30, 2025, my 68th birthday, and the last chapter entitled “Sample Anti-Aging Supplementation Programs” is the best summation of what came before in a book that I have ever read. Why mention my birthdate? In order to give you a reference point about how much information is packed into this gem.In late July of 2023, I started researching the #althealth world for a book I’m writing called “Aging Gracefully: Keep Moving, Death is VERY, VERY Still”. That’s almost a year and a half scouring books in every format, reading hundreds of online research studies, and surfing far too many websites, many of which are BS and repetitions of other sites. (BTW: Since when did single sentences become paragraphs?). During that time, I also experimented on myself, taking meticulous notes about my physical and mental states of health at any given moment of night or day. I became overwhelmed with information, good and bad, true and false, and burned out about a year after I started. My research and writing whittled down to maybe only three hours a day. Until I bought this ebook.Ryker Black has done a tremendous job of presenting a bewildering wilderness in simple, sound, and practical terms. Hardly any boulder goes unturned. The bulk of the book details foods, supplements, medications (prescription and OTC), and newer therapies. Why they work. Recommended dosages. What he personally takes, and at what doses. He also lists other therapies that he does not take and explains why not. They are also rated.As I said, the last informational chapter summarizes what he calls “Starter, Intermediate, Advanced, and Ultimate Programs”. I recommend reading it first to determine which protocol you already most closely follow.One more thing. If Ryker Black or his editors read this review, note that Acetyl L-Carnitine is spelled “Acetyi-L-Carnitine” throughout the last chapter.

    This book is thorough and organized. I reference it multiple times during researching different supplements. The addition of the authors personal use of many of the supplements and his experiences with them is an invaluable addition from dosing to his own personal benefits and drawbacks. It truly is an A to Z handbook. Extremely grateful for authors who take the time to put information like this in one book. The cost of the book is a fraction of the knowledge put together in this book I always come back multiple times to reference the book an make choices of which compounds I would like to experiment with ! Also rates each compound from 1 to 5 in terms of how useful/ effective. Gives a brief history, tips on usage and dosage. All around great handbook👍

    I found this book by mere chance a week ago, and I was so fascinated by its content that I purchased another book by Ryker Black (FAT -Women), even though weight-loss is not a subject I am interested in (yet I found plenty of useful information in FAT too, about nutrition, sleep, anti-stress strategies)For several years I have been reading about Life Extension and Anti-Aging. Among the books I have acquired are “classics” such as the ones by David Sinclair, Nir Barzilai, Tony Robbins, Andrew Weil, Valter Longo, Luigi Fontana, James DiNicolantonio, Melissa Grill-Peterson, Ben Greenfield, Aubrey de Grey, Brian M. Delaney, Jason Fung, Ray Kurzweil, Terry Grossman, and even one by Roy L. Walford. Each one of them disclosed valuable knowledge and made me search for more… But the one that gave me the most insightful and practical guidance about what I can do right now to “buy a share or two” of this enterprise of eternal illusion of our species – life in good health to 100 and beyond-;-), is Ryker Blacks’ Underground LIfe Extension Handbook Nobody knows yet if this is to be the near future of humankind or not, but even if you are only interested in optimising your health with no further ambitions, this book is a little gem.-extensively researched up-to-date information with links to relevant studies-shared personal experience and effects achieved with each of the supplements the author uses or has used-rating system for each supplement-engaging style, reads like a page-turner-concise structure and practical organisation of the content, which saves time and effort-last but not least: a three-level guide of suggested programs, graded by users’ level of commitment, budget, wish to experiment, bravery;-), specific needs, etcetera). This is the first book of my possession which offers such a step-increase guide to supplemental use, in a well-organised way, which is very helpful for people like me, who are dazed and confused by by the boundless (and often contradictory) ocean of information available in the internet on any topic in general, and this one in particular.Thanks for sharing your outstanding knowledge with us, Ryker Black!
