I do not like sugary tasting liquids. I drink only water and unsweetened tea. Can not drink carbonation. I am thrilled to report this is a really great tasting supplement for water! Light and very flavorful which makes my water bottle empty more often.Love that it contains Stevia (A NATURAL PRODUCT) and no artificial sweeteners.Really glad I stumbled on this product.

Good electrolyte drink
I started the ketogenic diet and wanted to make sure I keep up with my electrolytes, and these seemed to fit the bill. My favorite is definitely the lemonade . The other flavors do taste a little bit off. Not sure how to describe it but overall, I like all the flavors and will keep ordering them. If there’s just a pack of lemonade only I’ll get that and maybe add some mint to it.

ZERO sugar, ZERO carbs!
These are ZERO carbs, ZERO sugar packet mix for use with water for hydration! Electrolytes are so important for the body and after consuming liquid IV for so many years I became tired of the sugar content in them. I came across these from a content creator on instagram and decided to give them a try. The packet size is the a bit smaller than the liquid IV ones. At times, the flavor might give the impression of those sugar free products, if you know you know, but I honestly love them regardless. They have a “lighter” taste to them and I think it’s because of the lower sugar content than I’m used to. I suggest trying the variety pack before purchasing only one flavor. My favorite is the Orange and the Raspberry!

Consistent hydration for everyday use
I started using these drink mix products several years ago. For medical reasons, my GP and Functional Medicine Doctors started me on a strict ketogenic diet (25 net carbs daily) which I cycle in and out of; when I am not on my keto diet, I eat low carb (100 or less net carbs daily). My preferred hydration drink is a no sugar added 100% coconut water, but when carbs count, I cannot drink coconut water while on keto. I got tired of drinking plain water or bone broth for hydration, so I did some research, and came across the Ultima Replenisher Daily Electrolyte Drink Mix. I initially purchased the mixed flavor packets, I found out my favorite is the cherry/pomegranate flavored mix. What I like about the product compared to others I found in my research is 0 net carbs and lower sodium than most other options out there. No added sugars, no caffeine, and natural colors are a plus.As a certified group fitness instructor, I work out daily for one hour; I need to stay hydrated and replace lost electrolytes. These drink mixes contain “6 key electrolytes – magnesium, calcium, potassium, chloride, phosphorus and sodium, as well as vitamin C and zinc”. I usually drink these with the recommended 16 fluid ounces of water during my workouts: “The brand recommends the following schedule for drinking your Ultima Replenisher”:1. 2 hours before your workout – 1 serving2. 30 minutes before your workout – ½ serving3. During periods of rest, your body won’t need the same hydration as you won’t be losing as much fluid.”What I like about the product:1. 0 net carbs, no added caffeine, no added sugar, and lower sodium than similar products.2. They offer several flavors to choose from; I have tried most of the flavors and found them all enjoyable, but my favorite is cherry/pomegranate.3. No artificial colors or flavors.4. You can purchase them in 20 pack individual packets or as a bulk container.5. For less than a dollar per packet, they are quite affordable and priced competitively in comparison to competitors.6. If you make a purchase from their website a portion of the money goes to one of their charities.7. You can find several recipes on the website which make the drinks even more enjoyable.What I don’t like and what prevents the product from receiving a perfect 5-star rate:1. The product is manufactured in the US, but it uses US and imported products. There is no disclosure on what countries the products are coming from.2. No GMP or similar certification for the manufacture of the product.3. No third-party testing.Overall, a great product and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a keto option to stay hydrated and replace electrolytes.
