So far so good! Easy set up and worked great. Same or better as the Waterpik I owned. The pressure was very strong and the unit held a decent amount of water. No leaking at all and I made sure to push the nozzle all the way in after previous reviews. I am super happy with my purchase! Will update if I have any issues

Truewell vs Waterpik
I bought a new cordless Waterpik about 7 months ago. It works okay after charging fully, but the performance drops quickly if you don’t recharge it after each use.After becoming disenchanted with the $79 Waterpik, I bought the Truewell for half the price of the Waterpik. Wow, what a difference! Granted, you keep it pulled in, but the pressure is great! I’d say maybe 50% stronger than the fully charged Waterpik.Save your money and buy this instead of Waterpik. You’ll be happy you did.

Thinner plastic and switches seem more flimsy. Still works well though.
Looks and function just like the name brand (Waterpik) although plastic seems more fragile. Lighter and thinner. Still sits well on the counter and if you treat it gently I imagine will work as well over time. Happy with the price!!

This seams to be a nice quality flosser. Its replacing a 5 year old waterpik and this one seams as good or maybe alittle better than my old waterpik. Good price point time will tell on how long it will last

It’s OK, it works.
This product works. It seems cheap, it has a dial/off switch instead of separate controls, so you need to adjust the pressure with each use, not a big deal. The motor seems weak. But it was not expensive and it works. But I’ve had 3 different ‘water pick’ type product over the years, but this one feels the cheapest.It has a lot of tips, but I only use one.

If you’re looking to replace an old WaterPik model irrigator you’ll be disappointed with this Turewell model. When I took it out of the box I thought it was a joke. It’s much smaller than the WaterPik and actually looks and sounds like a childs toy. It would be perfect for a 5 year old to get them started on water flossing their teeth but for an adult, it’s like going from a General Electric full size stove to a Suzy Bake Oven. I’m serious! Don’t waste your money. I used $35.00 in rewards so it only cost me $1.03 and believe me, that’s all it’s worth. The old adage “you get what you pay for” should be taken literally when considering this product.

Very well-made, sturdy unit.
Interesting. This replaces a failed unit, and this one is very well made, sturdy, and has a cord, not a “wall wart” to plug in. The price is good and arrived very well-packed. I do have some issues with it. It literally uses twice as much water as my old unit-not a huge issue. The biggest issue is that it has a “volume control” type of on/off, and pressure selector. In other words, you have to turn the knob to turn it on, then rotate to the power level you want. My old unit, the power level was set, then you simply pushed on the knob to turn it off/on at that setting. I see this as a possible failure point in the future. Other than these, very happy with unit.KennyG
