Hit and miss
I am the mother of two 8 y/o kitties; one whom I’ve had for 7 years and one I’ve had for 1 year. I bought this activity to stimulate my kitties on occasion as they’re not much for toys (except when I put catnip in a sock and tie it up), they’re not super active, but it seemed my female (longest adopted) was bored as she was more ‘lazy’ or lethargic than usual (I’ve had her to the vet and she’s healthy otherwise). My male (most recently adopted) is very food motivated and has a tendency to pick on/rival my sweet girl so I thought this would entertain him in other ways to keep him away from her and keep him from scarfing his treats.Overall I think the product is good and at the same time I feel it’s a bit more complicated (pulling the rope and pushing the lever are too difficult for my kitties). I appreciate the thorough instructions on how to make this the most for my kitties and at the same time, Looking at the 5-in-1 activity board seems more doable and like it will fit into our lifestyle better. This particular toy I’m reviewing is a bit too complicated and time consuming to make the most of all of the puzzle pieces. My female couldn’t stay interested long enough to learn to use it to it’s fullest and my male will work on that thing until he gets every last snack out… hence the “hit and miss.”I think I’ll be returning it as it’s not providing us the value I would hope for the money I spent, based on my individual kitties’ experience with it as there’s nothing physically wrong with the toy that I’ve found. I will instead purchase the 5-in-1 activity board to see if that’s a bigger hit. May need two since my male likes to hog all things.

Mostly good. Price is right
I’d have given this 5 stars except for two details. One, although the picture shows a nice blue feeder, what came is a rather ugly salmon and plum colored top. Some customer reviews show blue as well. There is no indication that “colors may vary” and quite frankly, I’m not sure I would have bothered had I known I was getting these colors. Second, the slider puzzle is a bit sticky. And since that is the hardest challenge for the cats to begin with, having that added challenge of having to really push it hard to get it past the one spot really takes that challenge away completely for the most part. If you put it past the part where it gets stuck, the food is pretty much accessible to start. But the other puzzles are very nice. Nothing too difficult. Not too frustrating, like I’ve seen with some of the ones with “fins” that are too close together for the cats to reach in and push the treats out. It seems sturdy enough to not move around when the cats are playing. (Partly because it is not one where the cats will be really swatting like those fin feeders.) So, if you like the colors, and get lucky that not parts get stuck, it is a pretty nice activity feeder at a price much lower than most.

RagDoll/Siamese kitty, Ashley, mastered and loves this game!
My RagDoll/Siamese kitty, Ashley is very active, playful and will entertain herself with almost anything (especially things she knows will get my attention!). I work 12 hour shifts, I needed to find some “good kitty” things that she would like and actually keep her entertained. This toy/game fascinated me because she is extremely smart/clever and shows a propensity for thoughtful interaction. To cut to the chase, this toy has been a wonderful addition to her assortment. I followed the advice in the directions and taught her with small steps – gradually increasing the level of difficulty needed to acquire the treat. After 2 weeks of daily practice, I was able to close all the compartments completely as she had mastered them all! I like that it has thumb screws on the sides which allow you to remove the 4 compartments by sliding them. This feature serves 2 purposes 1) easier cleaning and 2) enables you to change up the placement to increase or decrease the level of difficulty. A tip from me is: whatever treat you pick to use, use it only for this game- that will increase your cat’s desire to get it. Each compartment has a small hole on top so the aroma of the treat will not go unnoticed. The only thing I dislike is the one I got says “Dog Activity” on the top of the toy itself even though the picture on the box it came in has a picture of one saying “Cat Activity”. A minor annoyance for a game which otherwise has brought much enjoyment and another positive outlet for Ashley to entertain herself. CAUTION: Save your money if you do not have the patience, desire or time to actually work with your cat to train it. It is not hard to do, but it does require some thoughtful technique on your part. Follow the advice on the directions and you will be amazed at how intelligent/clever your fur baby is! 🐱

Rien à dire sur l’envoi du jeu. Le produit correspond tout à fait au descriptif.Dans mon cas, c’est pour un chat. Monsieur n’a pas mis longtemps pour jouer avec. J’avais disposé au préalable quelques peites friandises qui ont été très vite mangées. Il n’a eu aucun mal à ouvrir les cases, ou à déplacer les éléments pour les atteindre. D’ailleurs maintenant, il réclame son jeu à chaque fois qu’il estime ne pas voir été suffisamment récompensé dans la journée.Je recommande.
