I only use these when I’ve waited too long to eat and my sugar is crashing. Used properly they could actually sustain you but don’t wait until it’s too late. Also the taste really isn’t bad. As a Type 1 Diabetic I keep quick use glucose within my quick access. have found that this product works well. It works faster than glucose tablets or gummies. The packaging is easy to open even when my Libre 3 is blaring away. The two flavor are inoffensive and very much nonmemorable but the product has always raised my glucose…. Though it is not an immediate fix. I do find I respond quicker to Transend than to orange juice. I store packets in my purse, night stand, car.
