Makes me feel amazing
I almost never feel the need to review a product but this has by far been my favorite multivitamin I’ve ever used.I take adderall during the week and weekends I take off.These have eliminated my weekend issues with brain fog, lethargy, and anxiety. I feel … normal.Days where I take adderall, I rarely feel the crabby feeling kick in when it wears off which is huge.These vitamins seriously blow my mind. We truly do need methylated vitamins. Just try them.They do smell a little funky but it’s not too bad in my opinion.I am shook by how much of a difference I notice when I take them.Consumer for life.

Hair Grows Faster
I got this to speed up my hair growth and am very pleased with the results. Because it’s pricey, I’ve only been taking 1/day as well. While there are supplements that specifically target hair growth (that cost more, too), a good multivitamin will share many of the same ingredients and then some. I can’t say I notice anything different about my body otherwise, but some extra vitamins doesn’t hurt I suppose (and I’ll just pee out what my body can’t absorb).The only issue is that I need to get my bangs trimmed and roots dyed more often. 🥲

For me, it’s hard to tell whether vitamins or supplements are doing their job. Only time will tell, midway through the second bottle of this and it seems to be fine. Read some reviews and they said it was good. I have purchased other products from this brand and they are very high-quality.

Not all vitamins are the same
Most multivitamins are not methylated. Without realizing it, your body may not be able to fully absorb the vitamins. I did some research after learning this fact, and found that methylated vitamins improve absorption. So many other factors affect your overall health, but my bloodwork has improved. It may not all be attributed to these, but I am happy wiht them enough to subscribe and save. Very convenient.

First couple of days:
I’ve always had trouble with vitamins for some reason, usually I’m pretty sensitive to different vitamins but decided to try these based off of the reviews. So initially they do smell a bit pungent but that doesn’t really bother me all that much & there wasn’t an overwhelming taste until I felt a bit of acid reflux kick in then I could taste it more but again, not unexpected. I also have been noticing my pee is like highlighter yellow, like I had to triple take the toilet in awe of what happened to me, I honestly thought maybe a yellow bath bomb accidentally fell in the toilet & it was like that for the first few days & I felt a bit of a UTI coming on but nothing too serious yet. I googled it & apparently Vitamin B complex can increase your chances of getting UTIs/brightening your pee so if you’re prone to them like I am, be cautious of that…. But I kept taking them & now it’s seemingly back to normal. So far so good! I’ve also noticed a bit of an appetite suppression affect as well so I’m not upset about it

DANGEROUS DO NOT TAKE!
I am a very healthy 40yo. I was looking for a daily vitamin and made the mistake of not reading the reviews first. Never again! Vitamin B12 toxicity is a real thing. 25,000% is too much! I found out the hard way after a trip to the emergency room due to these pills. To much vitamin B12 flushes the potassium from your blood stream. I had been taking these pills one in the am and pm for 6 days, on the evening of the 6th day I started to feel wrong, my body did’t feel well, I was weak and nauseous. My husband helped me with some food and liquids and I felt better. On the 7th day in the morning I took my am pill and within an hour I was nauseous hand a headache and started to feel weak again. I told my husband maybe I just needed to lay down, I did so and within another 15 min my hands started to tingle and go numb. I told him I think I needed to go to the hospital something was severely wrong, by the time I made it down the stairs my whole body tingled and it was getting harder to walk. He helped me to the car and on the way to the hospital it was all I could do to stay upright and awake. I was terrified to allow myself to fall asleep. Once at the hospital my husband had to pick me up out of the car and place me in the wheel chair as I could not walk. I barely could speak and kept nodding off, by sheer will and fear of not waking back up I kept myself awake. They ran tests and found my potassium levels were just above critical eg (de*th). They gave me a rapid dissolving potassium pill and waited half the day in the ER to make sure I was ok and then went home (Thank the Universe!) I didn’t go into details about how I could barely speak, breath or move but you get my point I hope!

The one multivitamin that I always come back to
I have had taken this multivitamin on and off for some time. It’s hard to tell if it’s helping when I’m taking it but I do notice a significant difference in my energy level when I switch to another product to try. I love the quality ingredients and always come back to this vitamin!

Smells and tastes awful. Never had this with a Thorne product before. Item does not say it is expired, but smells terribly rancid. The seller must have stored their product improperly. Absolutely unusable, Amazon won’t let me return so I just lost money on rancid vitamins.
