Quality ingredients at a reasonable price.
Have been using this brand of Curcumin phytosome for a couple of years as an anti-inflammatory and pain reliever.I have had better results taking Thorne’s Curcumin phytosome for inflammation, rather than just taking plain Curcumin.

Significant pain and swelling reduction!
I waited a few weeks before writing this to be sure it wasn’t just a fluke that my pain reduction was so vast, but it was! I experienced for the first time in my life real joint pain in my pinkies (both hands at the same time) almost overnight. Swollen and painful. I hoped it would just go away, but it did not. So, I researched various brands and landed on the third-best rated, Thorne. I am now able to carry groceries with all my fingers (had horrible pain if I looped my pinky into the straps) and can hold my coffee mug with all my fingers again (had to stick my pinky out to avoid pain pressure). I am so very happy with the results and have recommended it to my husband and other family members to research and consider in their daily routine.

This product does not use pepper to make curcumin more absorbable
My stomach gets upset with curcumin binded with pepper to be absorbable. Instead this product uses phospholipid complex to make the product absorbable without irritation of black pepper. The only one that is similar that I know of is Andrew Lessman Pro Caps Lab

After having been using it for about 6 weeks, it seems it is working well for my back pain. I have used other good brands before, but this specific one has “sustained-released”, and I do not know whether it is psychological or not, but the benefit seems to last the entire day until I take the second capsule in the evening. The other brands I have tried (which do not have “sustained-released” solution) seem to fade away much faster. Thorne is really expensive in my view, far too expensive to be honest, but for my specific situation it looks like the benefits may indeed justify the additional investment. Curious to see how it develops in the coming months.

Most of it is just tumeric stuff into a capsule. You get nowhere near the amount of curcumin you need to actually get the benefits.Thorne is the best that I could find that has been researched to some degree, supplement industry needs to be regulated but this is the best we can do. With 2 tablets you get the lower end range of recommended curcumin dosage that has been shown in studies to have anti inflammatory effects.I took 2 tablets per day to help get over neck and shoulder pains I was having and while it is completely anecdotal I do feel like this products helped in getting over the injuries and aches quick than I usually do.
