Fabulous
It is a favorite of mine. When my first one went missing I bought another.

So lame-easy and low budget
How did this get so many great reviews??So low budget and so easy-I’m 54 with bad knees and feet and this was too easy for me to even be considered a workout. Most of the DVDs I own have warm ups that make me sweat more then this did-hardly any reps for each Excercise and nothing new and innovative in this-save yourself the money and do a warm up in any other dvd to get more of a workout in

Very Good
This was exactly as advertize. I’ve been looking for something different to use when I work with. Also I received this on time.

Great (and challenging) workout
Ordered this directly from Women’s Health several weeks ago and have been doing it consistently – I feel and see a difference. I sweat everytime I do this workout and it’s definitely designed to challenge (but not kill) you in the 15 minutes packing in as much as is reasonable for the time. I do not like to exercise but recognize that it’s a necessary evil so I’m constantly looking for fun workouts that will distract me from what I’m doing and things that I won’t make up excuses to avoid. But I’m also honest enough with myself to admit that I don’t like working out for longer than 30 minutes (max!) so quite a few of my “go to” DVDs are the 20 minute workouts. This shaves off that extra 5 minutes but it’s challenging enough that I don’t feel guilty for picking this over one of the 20 minute videos. The instructor and the music will make or break an exercise DVD for me – if I can’t stand one or both, I’m not doing the workout (to my detriment). Jen Wiederstrom is a great instructor – encouraging and no-nonsense without being overbearing or annoying. The music on this DVD isn’t great but its not so bad its distracting and you’re so focused on moving that before you know it, you’re done and you can feel good for ignoring the fat ass within and getting a workout in! Certainly worth the $20!
