Love It So Much I Bought Five!
This was my first experience ordering clothing on Amazon. To say I was skeptical about the quality I could expect is an understatement. What a pleasant surprise! Here’s what you need to know about this dress:This garment is well-made, and the fabric has a substantial heft to it. With the exception of the black eyelet version, this dress is not lined and doesn’t need lining. This dress has REAL pockets, not the useless for-show-only kind. The straps are adjustable (three “settings” using buttons on the inside of the back of the dress). This dress features an empire waist with a full, flowing skirt. Very forgiving fit in the waist, tummy and butt. As others have noted, there is less give in the chest. I disagree with reviewers who stated that there is no give at all. The elastic in the back of the dress provides about two inches of give. So, select your dress size according to your bust size.I am about 5’ 5”, 150 pounds, 38C bra. The medium fits me perfectly and I have adequate room to wear a bra underneath. The dress is ankle length on me. For the reviewer who complained that the dress is ankle length: this dress is billed as a maxi dress!I disagree with reviewers who stated that this dress is too heavy and therefore too hot to wear in the summer. The fabric is Tencel, which beats cotton when it comes to breathability.For the reviewer who complained that the color faded with washing: Tencel actually holds color very well and fading hasn’t been an issue for me. To prevent fading, turn the dress inside out and cold-water wash with a detergent for dark or colored clothes.This versatile dress can be dressed up or down. Paired with a cardigan, it is an appropriate casual look for my office. But it works just as well for a trip to the beach or the farmers market. All in all, a very good value.P.S. I wish this dress came in a shorter length, but it doesn’t. The workaround: I just removed the bottom tier of the dress and voilà, knee length dress! I did this with two of the five dresses I purchased. Save the bottom tier! You can use the fabric to make a coordinating scrunchie, belt or handbag. You can even glue the fabric onto a plain clutch. (Search Amazon for purse frames and fabric glue.)

My measurements are 45″ B, 37.5″ W, 50″ H and I got the size XXL. I tried both the XL and XXL last year, and ended up preferring the fit of the XXL.There is very little to no stretch, luckily the dress tiers are very free and forgiving everywhere EXCEPT the bust. So go by your bust measurement.I LOVE these dresses! They’re comparable to my favorite dress, the Tradlands Chalet Tiered Dress, but it’s a fraction of the price! Which I love because I missed out on the Tradlands dress in this olive green color :'( The fit and fabric is essentially the same, but this fabric is a bit thicker and obviously there are no sleeves.I ended up returning the olive to keep a different color last summer and have regretted it ever since. I snagged it as soon as I saw it was restocked for this summer! It’s such a gorgeous, mossy green color.Overall I highly recommend this dress because the fabric is very soft and of good quality, the fit is comfortable and airy, and it can be worn year round with or without layers. For spring/summer I go no top or short sleeves underneath with my Blaire sandals; fall/winter I go turtleneck, tights and my Jadon boots. You seriously can’t go wrong. Now I just need to pick the next color I want…

Perfect summer house dress
Ordered the blue, wearing it right now. Lots of space and twirl in the skirt. Color is very true to the image. Deep well-placed pockets. Fabric is Lyocell? Synthetic but very soft and feels breathable.The straps are adjustable in case you need to run to the store and want to conceal the side boob. Straps are placed just a tiny bit awkwardly, but I am broad shouldered so maybe thats it.Nice dress. I bought it at a markdown which made for good value. I wouldn’t pay the full price for it, but am enjoying it nonetheless. 4 stars.

Comfortable cotton, nice stitching, not lined but thick enough for not being see through, will look great as is or with a jacket.

I typically wear a size medium or small, depending on brand and clothing type, and I wear a size 8 in bottoms. I went ahead and ordered my usual size medium, based off the reviews. When it arrived, it was sooo tight on my chest. Not only did it fit uncomfortably, it looked silly having my chest look so noticeably smooshed. I reordered in size large, and I’m in love! I feel like this dress should be purchased based on chest size, and for reference I am a 36C. The large fits amazingly, and it’s a nice loose fit just as the pictures show. I suppose it also depends on the fit you’re going for, but I’m not a fan of the super tight top. I prefer the fit to be just as it’s shown on the model. Also want to mention I ordered the white, and while it’s a tad see through, it isn’t a deal breaker…it can work as a swimsuit cover up, or a basic summer dress…throw on a denim jacket, and bam. Cute as F. 🙂 Oh! I am 5’3” and the length hits just above my ankles. I can walk without it dragging or catching my sandals. Hope this helps someone!
