Hi have used this model for about 5 – 6 years sold under a different brand name. I am so happy to find it at Beard Club now and purchased one to give to my son for Christmas. Extraordinarily quite and long lasting power. I only have to charge mine once every few months. Lithium power holds a charge. Mows through hair with no snags. I am hoping my son’s will be as good as mine. No issues. Fabulous trimmer and I use mine as a full body trimmer as well. Reasonably priced for how quite and powerful the unit is. I will update this review if my son’s unit is not as great as mine which is still going strong. Very pleased.

BEST TRIMMER EVER … REVISED
I can’t contact the seller directly anymore since my support window has closed. I’ve really enjoyed this product, it had a really nice solid feel, ran like a quality product, until it didn’t. A little over 3 months of very light use (my wife will confirm, my beard is pretty thin!) and now it suddenly just won’t turn on. It lights up when charging, the battery climbs right up to 100% but other than charging, it doesn’t do anything anymore.EDIT AND UPDATE: after reaching out to the manufacturer, they were quick to help me resolve my problem and replace the unit. However after a few days of not working, it has started again and is now operating without a hitch so I’ll keep on using it. Can’t complain too much about a company that is ready to help or a product that jumps back into action on its own.

Battery Impresses
I bought this trimmer after I didn’t have good luck with cheaper trimmers not really handling larger beards well. Always okay at getting the stubble on the neck but when I wanted to trim my beard, it would take forever and never get equal length. This trimmer has so many attachments/settings, it is great at handling mustaches and beards. I have had this trimmer for almost 8 months and I have yet to charge it. No joke. I usually trim my mustache weekly and my beard maybe twice a month. So nothing crazy but still beats every single trimmer I have used in the past by a long shot. The battery indicator is a percentage and there is no more guesswork and having the trimmer die mid trim. Great product.

Wonderful product, both in quality as well as price
I’ve now been using this product for just under a year, However, I really have nothing bad to say about it. The only thing that I would say in regards to anything, Is that the coating and or paint that was put on the charging dock for the trimmer Is starting to peel up, However, I have never once charged the item and I use it probably once every 2 to 3 weeks, And the battery is still at 43%.The blades have never pinched or cut my skin, the durability of the product is fantastic, i have brought it everywhere with me, whether i travel or stay home. The product has been dropped countless times and still works like new. It has always been relatively easy to clean and the blades are still sharp to this day.I go through phases with my beard, in the summer I like it short but long enough to hide my chin, and during the winter I prefer it to be long almost like a loggers beard and this product has everything included with the 69$ kit to maintain it as well as give a clean trim and shave. I don’t typically use the shortest setting as the hair gets cut flush with my skin and I’m not a big fan of this as my beard likes to curl into my skin, however it has everything you would need to start out with and would work for something long term. I would say this product is very much worth it. When I do use the product, after I finish, I run it under hot water while powered on to clean it out, and after which I use a fragrance free beard oil and beard wax.The beard oil can be a generic type, but I prefer the Viking revolution beard wax.Overall I have nothing bad to say about this product, it’s high quality and the blades are sharp as can be, whether your a high schooler trying to grow out your beard, a college student wanting to experiment, or the average working man trying to maintain a clean beard, this product is wonderful and provides everything you’d need mechanically.

Terrible experience
It’s bad. Bad enough that I’m wondering if it’s defective.-It pulls my beard hair around my neck and chin. No matter what speed, how hard I press, or the angle I use it at, it pulls my hair and is very painful. I might get a few good passes before it grabs a hair and when it does, I almost throw the thing against the wall.-The power button is easy to hit by mistake and the body is very smooth so it can be annoying to grip.-I can’t trim my mustache near my nose. The shape and size just doesn’t work with or without any guard on.Overall, I’m finding it difficult to have something nice to say. I guess it looks good but it can’t do the job it’s designed to do.

Very happy with this purchase
I bought three of their items as an upgrade from my old grooming set. The beard trimmer is fantastic and the lower region trimmer is okay but can nick if you aren’t careful. The nose trimmer doesn’t work at all and I will be purchasing something else. I can work my nostrils for a couple minutes until it gets hot, the unit does not trim at all.
