I have a very sensitive stomach and have not been able to tolerate other multiVitamins (no matter how good and highly recommended and expensive) I have tried because they make me nauseated. My doctor recommended this one and I have not had any problems. I also have a hard time swallowing pills but I have found that even though the tablets are large, they go down VERY easily. I have to take a handful of meds, every morning, and it was a pleasant surprise to find that the multivitamin tablets were easy to throw back with the rest of my meds.

The product is advertised as being easy to swallow. When I opened the bottle I was surprised to see how large the tablets are , not huge, just larger that expected. Having said that, the tablets go down quite easily and I have had no problems swallowing them.The recommendations on the bottle states: 2 tablets daily for every day use. May increase to 2 tablets twice daily for maximum health benefits. I realize that everyone’s different,but for me to get the level of supplementation that I’m looking for, I need to take 4 tablets per day. That means that the 60 tablet bottle will only last 15 days. The vitamins are not cheap and to get a one month supply ,for me, would require the purchase of 2 bottles, which is just too pricey for me.Having said that,these are quality vitamins. Within a few days I noticed an improvement in energy levels and increased feelings of well-being.

Too big and thick to swallow.
The ingredients of the vitamins are very good. The tablets are jumbo size as big as one of my finger’s phalanges . My daughter had to cut them in three parts to swallow them, my son refused to take them and I had to mashed the tablet to powder to take it and they taste pretty bad. Needless to say the vitamins are sitting on a shelf. Instead I had to get chewable vitamins from Trader Joe’s for my teen kids. I wish the company will make them a third of the size and put them in caplets for easy swallowing. Or sell them in liquid form.
