I can tell the difference if I don’t take this
If I forget to take my multi vitamin/mineral supplement in the morning , I realize it in the afternoon around 4 pm. This supplement does not upset my stomach, and keeps me going until around 10 pm.

Great product, but 4 tablets daily!? The previous bottle (formula) recommended 2 tablets daily for the daily value % of vitamins & minerals.
