I like it
This is an okay thermometer, and it’s certainly big enough to read at a distance. How far that distance is depends on your eyesight. I really like that it has a hygrometer as I live in a place that gets very humid in the summer. And we all know, it’s not the heat – it’s the humidity. Out of the box it seemed VERY inaccurate, but both the thermometer and hygrometer are adjustable. So if you’ve got a thermometer that you trust you can easily adjust this one to match. There are no instructions so I’ll just tell you how to do it. You can rotate the brackets on the back until the needles point where you want them to. After they’re zeroed they seem to work pretty well. I knocked a point off the score because of the lack of instructions. Seemed like a pretty important item and if I wasn’t real handy I would have sent it back due to inaccuracy. But as it stands, I’m likin’ it.

This is the second one of these thermometers that I have had. The first one was cheap, so I thought I would get one that was a bit more expensive. It does not even come close to showing the accurate temp. It’s 56 degrees in Houston today and the thermometer reads 75. It’s also a cloudy day. Do not purchase this product. Very disappointed

Good accuracy
I’ve had this in place for a few days. The temperature is now settled in and dead on to Google temperature and within 2° of AccuWeather. The humidity is still running a few % low of both, but close to Google. It mounted easily on the wire fencing. I hooked the top & bottom mounts over a wire and ran a zip tie from mount to mount. Been in winds up to 40 MPH. All in all I think this is a good product for the price.

It does what it’s supposed to do
I can read the temperature from my door into the patio, sadly, as a desert dweller, I didn’t notice that for measuring the humidity it doesn’t work real well, it only goes down to 20% humidity and ours is generally under 10%. That is entirely my fault.

Great size, easy to read at distance, but…
The thermometer is trustworthy but it can be turned at the backside to change the temp it is reading. So you need to know the actual temp to ‘set’ it at the beginning.The humidity gage is not trustworthy.
