    Excellent First Aid Kit!
Beautifully designed and packed comprehensive first aid kit suitable for home, office, or outdoor use. Everything as advertised, well-organised, and it shipped very quickly. Unlike some other kits, this one comes with a splint and quality accessories such as fabric scissors and tweezers. Bag is a molle system with two handles, buckle strap, sturdy zippers. Worth every penny.Do note that medicines (oral medication, antiseptic cream, etc) are not included. I understand and accept this because (a) expiration dates; (b) the focus of the kit is first aid, as in injuries rather than illness; and (c) the kit can be easily customised. There is space to add items, depending on your circumstances/adventure.

    Comprehensive First Aid Kit!!
I bought (and still use) a smaller First Aid kit by Surviveware last year and I have been impressed with the quality and contents of the kit and their customer service. I was recently looking for a larger kit that would be suitable for a broad range of situations but still be compact enough to travel with. Working at sea I can be away from land for days or weeks at a time and I don’t like to chance that whatever boat I am on has a well stocked first aid kit. I feel much better travelling with my own. In my free time I like to be in the mountains and, again, I feel much more comfortable travelling with a good sized first aid kit. I shopped around when looking for this larger kit and went with Surviveware again because of quality of the previous product, comprehensive contents, value for money and customer service.Having received the kit I am impressed with how well thought out it is. The bag is separated into compartments, each labelled with the type of contents (wound closures, eye pads, gloves, wound dressing etc). Each section of the bag is accessible and no items are hidden – very important in an emergency situation. The bag itself feels like it will last a lifetime and it has a number of different attachment points/methods so that it can be stored or carried in a convenient manner. I like the strap used to mount to the back of a car seat (the manufacturer has a picture of this). It allows the bag to be unzipped and fully open with all the contents still accessible while still attached to the seat. The Surviveware labelled piping is a nice touch a shows an attention detail that is reflected inside the bag too. There is enough room inside the bag for a few additional items if you require something specific to your needs such as an epipen. If you havent figured it out already I am very happy with my purchase and I recommend it to anyone looking for a high quality and well stock first aid kit.

This is the first-aid kit you want!!
I purchased this kit quite some time ago (Maybe a year ago?). It’s definitely a must have. The pack itself is sturdy, rugged and extremely durable and since I work construction and it goes where I do, durability is a must. I’ve attached it to my backpack (which I use EVERY day) via the molle web and have not had a single problem with it coming off in any way. The large tooth zipper on the pack is definitely a plus, it makes it very easy to unzip with out worrying about it jamming up or malfunctioning, I’ve also never had a problem with it accidentally opening. The rear Velcro was also a smart integration, that way you don’t have to take the time to undo the molle web in an emergency, just unclip the adjustable front strap and “rip” the pack itself from the molle web. It is perfectly organized and labeled inside, everything has a spot and has a decent amount of extra room and an extra pocket or two so you can add a few extra things. Even though I did add quite a few things to this kit, it is absolutely ready to go the second you get it. This is a great purchase and I highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a top-notch personal first-aid kit. As a matter of fact, I’m buying another one for my father as a father’s day gift. 6 out of 5 stars if I could!!This is NOT, in any way, shape or form a sponsored review.

Best small and lightweight kit yet! But tourniquet needs improvement.
This is one of the best small sized first aid kits that I have ever purchased. It is well organized and easy to find the items you need. If it has a major shortcoming, it would be the included “tourniquet”. The elastic band is worse than not including a tourniquet at all, as someone with less first aid training and experience might believe they have a tool to cover major arterial bleeding. They will not. The center pocket where this elastic tool is located, along with assorted other items, would be a perfect place for an actual tourniquet, such a SOF-T, a CAT or even a TK4. I don’t know if a CAT or SOF-T would fit in the current pocket, as I have not tried one, but I was able to tuck a TK4 into it with no problem. It would make the kit more expensive to include such a tourniquet, but it would not have to be included. Just design the pocket and label for it and let customers decide which tourniquet they want to equip their kit with, if any.I found the CPR mask case unnecessary and used too much space. I removed the contents of the case and placed them in the allotted compartment by themselves. The kit is inexplicably missing antiseptics and antibiotic ointments, either the items themselves or a clear place to store them, and I ended up adding them to the Adhesive Dressings pouch for lack of a better place. I replaced the flimsy triangular bandage with a heavier one that could double as a tourniquet or pressure bandage. I also added squeeze bulb for wound cleaning. The attachment straps provided on the back of the kit are versatile and well thought out. My only complaint with them is a unique one; the snaps were set into both the nylon strap and the body of the bag itself, preventing me from being able to remove them as I could easily do with the rest of the strap assembly. I had no need for the straps and wished to lighten the bag for backpacking. It sounds like I’m being ultra critical, but this really is a good kit with the exceptions of the above listed items. It is lightweight, (a must for backpacking), but not flimsy in any way. The 600 denier nylon construction is the perfect compromise between weight and strength. The organized pockets allow you to open the bag without anything spilling out and still be able to go straight to the item you need without delay. There is room to add some of your own materials and still not overstuff the kit.I would rate it 5 stars if the tourniquet issue was addressed.

Recently I have been looking at amazon for complete medical kits for camping/backpacking/day pack for car. It’s been weeks of reading reviews of all products. Finally I decided on this one and here is why:Products: this is a very clean organized pack with everything individually labeled which is great for emergency situations where every second counts or if you just dont know where to put things. Other packs you may have to take everything out just to get a bandaid. Also although not waterproof everything comes bagged so if water does go in there is more added protection. The bandaids, shears, tape are all decent quality. The CPR mask is cheap and kind of useless for me but better to have then not to have and it comes in it’s own pack which is nice so you can remove it and clip it somewhere else on you pack. As for the product quality, size, cost, and organization I think this is the best pack out thereThe pack: the pack is made of good material (and good zippers). I love the pocket in the front for quick access to benadryl or advil or tylenol without having to open the kit. Also the molle straps work well to attach to my bug out / tactical bag. Once again this pack was extremely well though out.Customer service: this may sound stupid but never has any company sent me an email with links to their website with all kinds of videos on how to use their product. They attached a pdf file with similar information like the first aid book that comes with the kit. I buy many products but never has a company stood by their product like this. They add a card with the kit with all products inside for replacement and in the videos they explain about shelf life of products which I was not aware of.Overall and final thoughts: If your a beginner looking for something complete under $50 like me this is for you! I assure you no product comes close I checked for weeks. If you are advanced or expert you will love this because it’s easy to add or modify. The only thing I personally would add is a tourniquet. But for $50 like I said nothing comes close to thisI gave this a 5 out of 5. I truly hope this review helps especially people looking for a complete kit that can go anywhere with you and truly perfect for beginners.

This is a very good quality, well thought out, well organized, compact First Aid Kit. The bag is sturdy, the contents are good quality, and the mini-zip-bags for personal meds are a nice bonus.I purchased this one for my Go-Bag. I would have purchased 3 more (for my vehicles and EDC), but it was out of stock for so long that I ended up putting together my own kits. There is a little room to add supplemental items. I added a few more wound closures, polysporin, a BIC lighter, a tick-remover, and moleskin.Yes, it’s more expensive than some of the other small FAKs available, and if you’re looking for something that will sit in your bathroom cabinet and only be brought out for paper cuts and scraped knees, maybe look at something less expensive. However, if you want something small for travel, hiking, sports, or emergencies, this is absolutely worth it!

I didn’t think I could be SO impressed with a first aid kit, and yet, here I am writing a review. I was looking for something compact, but complete, that I could take camping and hiking and I’m sure to have peace of mind with this one. It’s got everything you could need, while being incredibly well organized and so light! Every little compartment is organized, and even has room to add personal items. I’ll even be able to take the entire thing on a backpacking trip later this year as it takes up so little room.

Lots of things in it – very compact. I bought it for my grandson who was going off to university.

Thankfully I haven’t had to use this first aid kit yet, but I think it’s great. As shown in the pictures, everything is organized in a neat fashion with labels on each pocket. The first aid kit has a lot of essentials, but I cannot comment on it’s completeness as I am no expert in this. One of the best things about this company is how in touch they are with their customers. Through email, I was given a mini first-aid instruction booklet in a PDF format. The booklet was well made and super clear and pleasant to read. In addition, follow up emails were sent to make sure I received my product and to make sure I was happy with this product. I really respect putting that much effort into connecting with their customers. In the future, I’ll be keeping this brand in mind for all outdoor and camping purchases.
