Great Boot ❤️
I sustained a non-weight-bearing leg injury and sought a suitable boot compatible with my scooter. This boot met all requirements; its buckles are smoothly designed, providing comfortable support while kneeling on the scooter, and the pump is conveniently located on the side. Furthermore, the boot’s excellent quality ensures a secure and snug fit, maintaining proper alignment without impeding scooter use or causing knee discomfort. Highly recommend!

Supportive and fits well
Ordered this boot because of a plantar fasciitis flare up. I chose this boot based on reviews and it had next day delivery. I wear a size 9 shoe and ordered the size recommended on the sizing chart. It fits perfectly. It’s got heavy duty Velcro straps, so strong that I broke a fingernail prying it off! However, I think that’s a plus and prefer that to the alternative of straps that won’t stick. It has strong support pieces that run up each side of the boot on the outside. This can be uncomfortable after awhile but they provide extra padding for that. The air pump is easy to use and has a valve to deflate. Overall the boot is fairly lightweight, comfortable and supportive. I’ve used it for walking outdoors on a gravel road with no issues.

Did not work for me at all
This thing seems to be of high quality, sturdy, not super heavy. It is also well priced and showed up quickly, which is why I’m giving it 3 stars instead of 1.The reason I am returning it is because it doesn’t work for me. I am a size 11.5 foot, and ordered the large. I can’t get my foot to work in this thing. If I put the liner and my heel all the way to the back, and my toes fit inside the boot, then the metal support bars are actually too far forward, and strapping the boot down causes them to press on my shins. Painful to walk on. If I slide my foot and the liner forward, line the support bar with my ankle, then it’s more supportive and I can walk a little better, but my toes line up to the end of the boot. This leaves them vulnerable to getting stubbed. Also, after wearing it for a little while, the metal support bar then start to dig into my ankle – and the spot where my incision is. (I had PTT and ATFL surgery, so I have stitches on either side of my ankle. Not really the best place to put it, since a lot of the people wearing this will be for ankle issues.I recognize that some of this due to my own circumstance, again why I am leaving them some stars. I have ordered a different boot that looks promising for being more comfortable (a gray one that has a plastic all the way around like an exoskeleton).

Very durable. Good cushioning, the air pump is good quality I have worn it on and off 6 months and everything is still working perfectly fine. The extra padding is movable and the Velcro is durable

Very Good For The Price: Beware Sizing For Wide Feet!
Boot Size: L, then XLMy Foot Size: 10-1/2 4E, Men, USHeight/Weight: 6′, 250 lbI am wearing this for a badly sprained ankle. It certainly has done the trick for keeping the foot and ankle padded, immobile and protected.SIZING ISSUE:According to the size chart, as a 10-1/2 4E, the large (L) was what I needed, and that’s what I got. After wearing it all day, my foot hurt overall in the way one’s feet hurt from wearing shoes or boots that are juuuuust a bit too small. I’m embarrassed to say it took me a couple days to realize it was the width. So I ordered the XL, which is what I’m wearing now.The XL is perfect for my double extra-wide Flintstone feet. The hard shell part of the boot goes a good two inches past the end of the padded part, so I just need to be a little careful to not get it hooked on something, but that was also true of the large.Overall fit, Large: the foot part of the padded liner just barely had enough room to velcro the flap in place without it being too tight. After strapping in to the hard shell, the heel was also a hare too tight.Overall fit, XLarge: there is plenty of overlap in the foot flap of the soft liner to get it however snug or loose I need it, and once the liner is on, and I’m strapped in to the hard shell, there is a world of difference. There is a lot more leeway for overall adjustment. On the large, it was so snug overall, I never messed with the inflatable part. On the XL, I have it just slightly inflated, but not even sure that’s necessary. The XL is quite comfortable.Summary: Two thumbs up. I’m not a doctor of course, but for sizing it seems better to err on the side of a little big than small, because it won’t be long before the whole foot is sore, which stinks on top of a sprained ankle. Also, considering the price compared to getting one from an orthopedist, I’m very, very happy with it.

First time I use this boot cast after several hours my heel hurts a lot 8/10 pain score. I couldn’t lift my foot because of the severe pain i encountered at my heel. it hurts my heel a lot. But in all fairness, the affected tendons was well secured.
