I’ve been using these probiotics not and have noticed a difference. I was feeling really full and bloated after meals with dairy even when taking a lactaid pill (I am lactose intolerant). I’ve also been getting really gassy after eating random meals even without lactose in them. These seem to have been helping a lot with my gut health. I’m going to continue taking these for now as my old probiotics didn’t seem to work as well. I would have given this product 5 stars but its pretty expensive so I only gave it 4.

Took 1 capsule per day for 3 days per the directions, 3rd day had major Heart palpitations and AFIB anyone who has AFIB JUST BE CAREFULL HEART RATE WENT OVER 135 bpm, as well as serious stomach issues, for many people this product is way to strong see other reviews, same issues. I have been using another brand decided to try This brand as mine was out of stock. I purchase it on Amazon
