I purchased this product with some skepticism. I have always been tuned into how my body is feeling and how certain foods make me feel. As I have aged i noticed I am getting a bit more picky as to what I eat and no longer eat the variety I used to.Here are the positive things I have noticed for myself:I do have more energy and don’t tire out as fast.My eyes feel better, even when i spend extended amounts of time at the computer.I seem to get a deeper sleep and I dream a lot more and I sleep a bit longer than I was before.I learned that with this product, for me, it is best to have eaten something before taking the capsules. I also try to take them right after I eat a breakfast and I am good for the rest of the day.My only negative is I personally do not care for the taste of the veggie capsules, however I still take them as I believe the entire package of the fruit and veggie capsules helps, and I can feel it. I would recommend this product as it is not full of fillers and other unneeded preservatives from what i can tell.

I’ve been on the Balance of Nature Veg & Fruit supplements for almost 2 years. BON does not ship overseas and to pay the monthly subscription to have them shipped overseas through Amazon is very costly.
