I usually buy the 180 count and that lasts for half a year. It’s very convenient. Omega-3 specifically EPA and DHA are really important as you grow older. Neither of these is produced in sufficient quantities by our bodies and they’re essential fatty acids. My diet isn’t such that I get these in food. I’m 71 so I’m not going to be without it.
