Versatile dosage from a trusted company
I aim for at least 2 grams of omega-3s per day. Each morning I take one capsule of SR’s Triple Strength Omega-3 Fish Oil which proves 1250 mgs in one capsule—and if you want to take your entire daily dose of omega-3s all at once, Triple Strength is the way to go. But I prefer to spread smaller doses of omega-3s throughout the day to meet my daily goal. That’s where SR’s Keto Omega formula comes in. It provides 1400 mgs of omega-3 fatty acids in four capsules which comes out to 350 mgs per capsule. This gives me the ability to take smaller additional doses with smaller meals throughout the day. Using both products, I can easily meet my goal of 2 grams+ (2000 mgs) per day. The Keto Omega formula allows me to be flexible. On days when I do resistance training, I like to pop an extra Keto right after my workout. The addition of astaxanthin is also a plus.I vet my supplements carefully and SR products check all the boxes: non-GMO, third part tested, Good Manufacturing Practice compliant, a medium-chain triglycerides coconut oil carrier and all ingredients listed on the label in a organized and understandable manner.

Solid quality
SR makes an exceptional product and the keto omega is another home run. While it has a slight fish smell in the bottle, that smell is barely detectable and it doesn’t have a fishy that can be typical with other fish oil omegas. Also, the bonus for me is it includes MCT oil; which is key for my ketogenic diet. This product has become a stable in my diet and I plan to continue to take it along with some of their other suppliments (MCT oil and Collagen) . I tend to buy a fair amount from Sports Research for a reason, they make the highest quality supplements I have tried. I don’t review a lot but after my first bottle of their Keto Omega I was hooked and had to review. Well done!

Great product
I have been looking for a better way to get my Omega 3s up. Im not a huge fan of eating fish. So this helped out alot. It definitely helps with focusing. When you have been doing keto depression and being lathergic does happen . This helps alot with that. Couldnt be happier

Super pleased with this product… capsules large but still easy for me to swallow
So far I am finding your Keto Omega the best Omega 3 product I have ever taken. The quality and the amount of Omega 3 is higher than many products. The color of the oil is a lovely red from the fact the fish oil is from the Sockeye Salmon. Your product has a slightly fishy smell when opening the bottle, but I do not suffer from any fishy aftertaste or the fish burbs like I have had with some products I have taken. Plus it has the added benefit of MCG oil and krill derived Astaxanthin make this product that much more special to me. And GMO free!!! Hoping this all helps to bring my cholesterol levels down before my next doctors visit. So far so good! 🙂

Great supplement.
I take fish oil every day, and found that the inexpensive supplement I was using, was causing issues. The majority of it was produced from sardines and other lesser fish. I decided to try this specifically since I do need to take it and this has not caused the issues. Worth the extra.

Good so far
Not sure how well it works yet. A bit fishy when you open the bottle but not really a fish taste so it’s ok.

Took for beauty, I got my life back
I always took omegas but didn’t realize their true benefits till I started taking SR at their higher dose. I started it only because I wanted my skin to look better. And then found out, wow! I have energy, my body is thriving. My skin is beautiful my muscles are toning up. I no longer sunburn. My body feels better then it ever did. And best of all with astaxanthin and all the other suppliments I take, my brain can think and it possibly stopped the grand mals. I am almost 2 month seizure free since starting this omegas. I have my life back and was not expecting this!!!!!

Read carefully ! Esp the ingredient list
Ad header claims “sockeye salmon oil” as a primary ingredientIngredient label makes no mention of that salmon species. The ingredient label only states “salmon oil”This seems misleadingI tried to return 2 unopened bottles. The ad makes no mention of return restrictions, yet my return was denied.only after digging further and speaking with someone at Amazon, was the item refundedAdditionally, there is a weird lemon scented deodorizer in the package, with no warning to avoid ingestingThis whole thing raises red flags for me
