Not for spin bikes!
This is a nice seat, but I got it as a replacement for a spin bike seat, and I would not recommend it for that. It’s not that it doesn’t fit onto the bike, but it ended up giving me a lot of back and hip pain since it’s wider than a typical spin bike seat. I think it pushed my hips out wider than they should be on a spin bike, which caused the issues I experienced. However, I’m not going to deduct any stars for that, because that was an issue personal to me. If you’re looking for a replacement seat for a cruiser or a regular bike, this would be great for that, because it is very comfortable, a nice size, and easy to install.

I haven’t had this seat for long but my initial impressions are good. It appears to be very good quality. It was an easy install The seat can be installed on a rail type post or a regular round post. It comes with an open end wrench to help you install it on a round seat post. It’s nicely padded and should make for a nice riding seat.
