Works Very Well, Velcro Much Too Strong For Seniors
The unit performed exactly as described and is quite accurate. However, the cuff is too long and the velcro is too large in surface area and too strong for elderly users. We eventually had to swap out the cuff for a different one as our mother could not handle it; it was actually much harder for us too, so we were happy to change it. The cuff provided would be considered closer to an 3X-large, and is designed for an upper arm of about 18 inches in circumference. Your grip strength and arms must be able to exert about 15-20 lbs of force to be able to rip the velco apart.

I don’t know why this has positive reviews. I tried my left arm and my right arm and it’s 20 points off from results using professional doctor’s device. It would’ve been nice to have the convenience of a talking blood pressure monitor but what good is it if it’s showing your blood pressure is 20 points lower than it actually is? This could be dangerous to your health because you beloevr you’re in the safe range however you’re not! I do not recommend purchasing this device.
