The product came looking just as it did in the photo. It was easy to use, easy to install the battery. My problem with the unit is it was not accurate. It kept giving me high blood pressure readings when in fact I went to my doctor and I was normal. It is misleading because I feel like it’s telling me I have a medical issue when I don’t. I don’t recommend it if you have critical medical needs.
