Nice entry level smartwatch
It’s got all the features you’d expect from a $30-$40 smartwatch, but with the addition of Alexa. And while Alexa does work, unfortunately the performance is lacking. I find myself going over to the nearest Echo and using Alexa the default way instead of messing with the watch. Maybe it’s my phone that’s too slow, I don’t know.The rest of the interface is par for the course. Not bad, not great. There’s one button that opens a lengthy menu that is a pain to navigate until you really get used to it. I wish it looped around as your flicking it up and down, but it doesn’t. It does remember where you left it for next time though, which is usually nice but again, you need to be used to it. Swiping requires a full-screen motion of the finger, or else it probably won’t work.I like that you can set alarms and timers directly on the watch. There is a handy quick-tools menu accessible by swiping down on the default screen which offers shortcuts to some of the menu options like settings and alarms, but some options aren’t available elsewhere, like the flashlight and do not disturb. Until you’re really familiar with it, it’s hard to remember which options are in the quick menu (swipe down) and which are in the full menu (press button). The quick menu is unfortunately not customizable. I would much rather have a timer option there instead of the alarms.The speaker is decently loud and it vibrates as well of course, both settings are adjustable. The screen looks nice and reaches a reasonable brightness. I normally only look at my watch indoors so I keep the brightness at the minimum (20%) which is actually too bright for my liking but not worth complaining about. I don’t notice any backlight leakage, yet, and I’ll try to update this if/when that appears (it’s common which cheap smartwatches as they age–one of the corners will turn a burnt orange color)The band is very comfortable and flexible, and I really like how the excess strap tucks inside and lays against your wrist. After the first full day of use I noticed some weird waxy coating starting to flake off in places. It was inconsistent though, it wasn’t all over, so I don’t know what that was about. A quick wash in warm water had it looking like new again. I’m glad I like the band, because when I ordered this I was hopeful it would fit the band from my old smartwatch, but it did not. The width of the mounting zone on this watch is about 2.5mm more than the other one, which is enough to make me not even want to try my other band with it. Oh well.The app it uses is VeryFit, which is no surprise for a watch in this price range. I really don’t like the app, but after setup there isn’t much use for it. I don’t use it for sleep tracking or fitness…if you do, you need to get really familiar with the app. I just need notifications, timers and alarms for keeping me on task, and so far I’m happy with it. I give it a solid 4 stars.

Amazing watch for the price but..
I just wish that this came with its band attached. That was the only problem that I had with this watch. When you get it you are forced to use these absolutely tiny leavers to put the 2 pieces of the band on. I thought that this was worth it in the long run, but if you have vision problems, then you most likely will not. I wear glasses, and it was still hard getting the two pieces on the main part of the watch. Another thing that was wrong with the band was that it does not posses the two smaller bands that you stick the watch band in after you fasten it. You just tuck what is left down into the band instead of having it on top. With all of this, however, I have to say that this is an amazing watch. You can talk into it and when you do, the person can hear you 99 percent of the time. I only had one call where the person could not hear me, and I had to get the actual phone. The watch has its own app, but I opted not to connect it to Alexa, because that required my amazon account password and I did not trust the app to keep the information safe. I give this watch 4 stars, but the app can use an improvement in one area. When my phone shuts the app down because of lack of use, the app needs to be reopened. But when I reopen it, I cannot get it to connect to the watch unless I put in my gender, birthdate, height and weight again. Then it goes to the main page and reconnects to the watch. This is annoying. Especially since I really had reservations about giving this info in the first place. They say in the app that it is encrypted, but who knows where it is going since there is no proof? So all in all, the watch is good and the functions work on it. I did not provide the information for my amazon account so I don’t know about the Alexa function. I tested this on an Android phone so I also cannot speak for apple users. It’s a nice watch that has a lot of functions, but if you don’t enjoy giving out information like your date of birth or gender, then I would not buy. There is no option to opt out of giving your gender (male or female with no other choices), birthdate, height, and weight in the app.

Another standout feature is the built-in Alexa support, which lets you use voice commands directly from the watch (as long as your home is Alexa-enabled).You can also receive notifications and messages from your phone, which is convenient, though it’s worth noting that you can’t reply to messages directly from the watch.Overall, we’re very happy with this smartwatch. It’s stylish, packed with features, and performs well—perfect for anyone looking for an affordable yet functional option.

This smart watch does all the basic stuff one would hope for. This is a light weight sports smart watch with a plastic strap. The strap has a pale beige colour that I don’t find too attractive, but it is neutral. The strap colour is a little bit more pinky beige than the one in the website image. One also gets a USB power cord with this watch. One can choose from over 100 watch face styles. One can monitor everything from blood pressure to heart rate to sleep quality. With this bluetooth watch one can receive notifications from apps like WhatsApp and SMS. One can’t reply to text messages though. This watch supports over 100 sports modes. It’s IP68 waterproof rating means one can swim with the watch on, but it is not recommended to use in saunas, hot baths, or when diving. One can use Alexa voice control in order to enable this watch. This watch’s battery can last up to seven days on a single charge. Overall the watch is quite nice and seems well made. Recommended.

Didn’t get a look in really, the wife decided she liked the shiny and claimed it as her own. The fact she has worn in none stop ever since speaks volumes. It has all you want on board in terms of fitness tracking, health and sleep stats, it does Alexa if you want, remote from phone calling, messages, etc – in short everythin you want from a watch costing three or more times the price.The case has taken some heavy knocks and still looks fine, no major scratching etc – there is some very fine scratches on the screen – a screen protector would be a good idea. The colour and fit are good. Personally I cannot stand the plastic resin straps, some people like them, well I don’t and am pleased to see that the strap on this is a standard fitting one, easily swapped when it wears out.Recommended.
