This is a great product and received it quick! It was working fine until it had time to build up in my system, then started giving me excruciating stomach pains. I stopped taking it. BUT…I believe it would be fine to take if you do the following: take one a day for the first week in the morning with a little something to eat. The second week take one a day on say Monday, Wednesday and Friday. The third week and then on…take twice a week, like Mondays and Thursdays. Give it the first week to build up in your system, then ease off a little from there. This really is a good product, just don’t need to over do it like any other good quality supplement or vitamin!

I highly approve of this product. Now, I may be taking it for a different reason, but who knows. Anyway, I work as a waiter and I deal with people all day long. In addition, I am a very healthy individual.However, I have noticed that since I began to take this Trace Mineral supplement, ONLY on work days, I was very peaceful and easy to deal with in such a high stress, high demand restaurant. At this restaurant, which seats ~500 people there is a lot of noise and a lot of bells ringing for carrying trays for people who may need help. I have noticed that it worked well to keep me from getting frustrated and keep me calm, in such an environment.

Useful for Hemorrhoids: Contains Copper and Zinc
I began taking this for a very serious HEMORRHOID (internal, stage 4, grape-size) which 2 doctors said required surgery . An osteopath recommended a supplement such as this with copper and zinc, along with a stool softener, fish oil supplements, and hot baths. I did all of those, and it shrunk slowly and is about 85% gone. After awhile I stopped the trace mineral (at ~$14 it is pricey), and the hemorrhoid started coming back, so I ordered it again and am doing well. I cannot swear that this is what helped–I think it is the combination honestly. But I am glad to have avoided surgery.I do not experience the nausea others feel. I take it after breakfast.Note: the Seeking Health Trace Mineral Complex II does not have the copper; I prefer this one with the copper.

A good product, decently priced and very high quality. I take it mainly for the copper and other minerals in it. I take Zinc long term and it is important to take copper with Zinc when taking it chronically. This is a great way for me to make sure I get my copper and other minerals as well. I am post gastric bypass so it is really important for me to find high quality supplements that absorb well in my system, and these fit the bill. The *only* downside to these is the smell. They *stink* to high heaven…but they do not taste bad, or taste like anything at all for that matter. Plug your nose and swallow!

I LOVE SEEKING HEALTH – but this makes me so nauseous
I have been a big fan of using trace minerals for years. I couldnt seem to find a brand that had everything I was looking, which is why I turned to Seeking Health. I love Dr. Ben Lynch and every thing the company stands for and have many of their products.Unfortunately, I have had the same issues like many of the reviewers. Everytime I take my Trace Minerals, I feel sick, even if I’ve had something to eat. (This has been an issue in the past with other supplements, but this one starts as a burning sensation in my gut and is much stronger of a sensation). As I was trying hard not to upchuck my lunch, I googled to see if anyone else had these issues.. and sadly google directly led me to the reviews section here. Like many others, I take this one every few days or so, because of the fact, I dont want to run the risk of throwing up and feeling unwell to return to work. Hopefully Seeking Health can give us an alternative. Its a great products if you have a strong stomach, but most of us are working to repair our Gut and are super sensitive. Sadly, the cons outweigh the pros on this one.
