Does not irritate
I use this as a reverse PA Penis ring and my girl absoloutly loves it! We are working in sizing up from here but this is a good size to start with. Quality metal, no irritation. The closure balls stay secure very well, which is a plus, because one time I lost one in a girl when it unscrewed itself.

i use this for my PA. a word of warning; since the ends are only slightly rounded off you should already be able to wear the size you buy. i suggest getting a CBR first because the ends are at an angle they’ll go through the hole easier.here’s a nice CBR (captive bead ring) to use first: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B06WLQ9QVJ/just buy both of them at the same time.the metal is smooth and has a nice finish. the balls/beads thread on easy and stay tight.looks and feels good. mine fits with just a little wiggle room. a smaller size for a PA means you don’t have to remove it for “fun” time.

This is probably the 8th purchase I’ve made from ruffian for jewelry? Best I’ve found on Amazon. Great quality and looks great too.My only issue with this one is the internally threading is tough to match up and screw in properly. I bought it for my septum so I can’t look at it and screw it in, kinda just do it by feel or use a mirror.Takes me a few tries to get it right. But, I’ve never once had it come undone or fall out. Never.So I’ll take the extra time to get it in as long as I never have to worry about a ball getting lost randomly again.

Affordable and adequate. Piercing shop quality surgical steel is way better, smoother and not that much more in price; at about twenty five dollars per jewelry piece in a tatoo shop.

Big Balls…
Giant balls. The balls on this barbell are much larger than all my other jewelry. I ordered the same gauge but one size down in diameter before and they were perfectly normal, but for some strange reason these came with larger ones, that look dumb, are uncomfortable and impractical for what they were replacing, and worse, they use a different thread so I can’t swap them out. They’re pretty much garbage, it sucks because I only opened one of the four and did not realize I could return the others until it was too late.
