Best protein powder ever
It blends pretty well, about as well as any other protein powder. But what I can’t get over- this is the best protein powder flavor I have EVER had. I have spent lots of money on big name brands and now that I found this, I can’t wait to finish my expensive stuff just so I can get more of this. Also, it’s filling so that helps as well and it doesn’t upset my stomach. I love this!

Great taste and loved the trial size package!
It was nice to be able to buy an inexpensive trial size to see if it was something I would even like before I vesting in a large quantity since it can be pricey. I liked it overall. The flavor was great but it was a little hard to blend, for sure need a blender bottle/shaker for this powder. A spoon/fork in a glass won’t cut it.

Best protein powder I have
I like this protein powder firstly because it doesn’t upset my digestion in any way, and it’s not overly sweet so I don’t feel my blood sugar spike immediately after consuming it. I’ve used it for a couple months now and I’m thrilled with the results I’m seeing. I switched from another protein powder to this one, and I’m not going back love this product! I should say it doesn’t taste too much like a traditional vanilla powder, but that works for me since I put it in smoothies with a lot of other fruits and/or veggies, so the taste doesn’t bother me at all, it mixes well.

Worst ever!
When adding this to coffee, you must immediately blend thoroughly with a frother, or it turns into inedible chunks! This is the worst protein powder I have ever tried.

Natural flavors listed second?!
I would really like to know what the ‘natural flavors’ consist of. Especially after the LMNT big reveal of what’s in their natural flavors. The people who make RISE don’t want to tell me. It’s not just this company or that one, many don’t tell the whole story by listing ‘natural flavors’. Frankly, this could be anything that is natural, but arsenic is natural so there’s that. Not saying any company would put that into their product. It’s just that people who spend the big bucks on buying this kind of stuff ought to know exactly what’s in it.

Protein powder that actually tastes good?!
A protein powder that actually doesn’t taste like 💩!! I used a blender and added 8oz of coconut milk. The package says you can use whatever milk you want.I’m not joking- there are some proteins I cannot stand. This one was so good (taste and not chalky- blends well) and I will definitely will be purchasing again. PLUS the value for a 30 day supply is affordable. Also, it has a few ingredients and all of them you can pronounce!!!
