Was very, very tight. I didn’t feel comfortable
I giving this three stars: middle of road because I didn’t feel comfortable using it and turned it off in the middle of the first reading. I know taking your blood pressure isn’t comfortable. But at least when I’m having it done in the doctor’s office the presumption is that they know what they’re doing and your arm won’t explode. The first time I used this, it kept getting tighter and tighter and tighter. It was so bad that I immediately turned off the unit. I wasn’t sure if it was ever going to stop, and it felt dangerous to continue, so I have no idea if it would be an accurate reading or not.It’s not hard to use. Make sure you notice that there’s an on/off switch on the back of the unit. I didn’t see it before I tried to turn the unit on, and when it didn’t go on, I thought the battery was dead. Plugged it in, but nothing happened. Then I noticed the switch. Turned it on. Unit was fully charged.Sleeve isn’t too hard to put on and adjust. You plug it into the unit and turn it on. It talks to you and tells you to be relaxed. Then you push the start button and it begins.Make sure you follow the instructions to get a good reading.I don’t know if this unit reads accurately or not.

Compact and cordless
I like how this is super easy to travel with. The rechargeable battery really helps so there isn’t all the tangle of trying to keep it plugged in. One thing that’s confusing is the different reading it takes with and without a sweater. More accurate without the layer (as stated in the instructions). Also, the instructions are very clear and thorough which I appreciate.

Seems to read high
I got this as I have some blood pressure issues and wanted a backup monitor.First off, the good stuff. This unit looks very nice. The display is better than any other unit I have used. The voice is also clear. Readings are much faster than other home or even doctor’s office machines I’ve used. It also stores a lot of readings, and allows for two users.Now the bad. The unit seems to read consistently high. I compared it to two other units. Those units were always within 3 of each other. This one typically read around 15 higher than either of those units. This is using the same sitting position/location and securing the cuffs all the same way.The rest of the design is great, but the consistently higher readings are problematic.

Wife tested this vs Doctors manual version and it’s not very accurate
This (or at least one we received) is not very accurate. My Wife brought it with to her Doctors and they confirmed it does not read properly. They tried every way they knew how to adjust it for her but couldn’t figure that out either.Can not recommend this one at all as it is pretty much useless.

Has some good features but initial set-up is frustrating
This BP monitor has some good features. The display is large and bright, the voice broadcast is loud and clear, and the cuff is adequate. Its best feature is its rechargeable battery which I think will better retain the memory settings over time vs all the BP monitors I’ve had that use regular A batteries.There may be some advanced technology in this monitor that will provide very precise readings, but initially I got higher readings than are normal for me either at the doctor’s office or at home. I’ve experienced this before with other monitors that seemed to calm down after I’ve worked through a few sessions to get the cuff right. This is critical to getting consistent and correct reads.However, the set-up for this monitor is the most frustrating one ever. I could not find a downloadable manual online and could only read the printed one with a magnifying glass. When I turned on the machine for the first time just to look at the screen, the voice broadcast immediately commanded me to sit quietly and the monitor started pumping even though I had not connected the cuff yet. There is no obvious way to turn off the broadcast. The manual addresses set-up (date, time, turning off voice broadcast) last and doesn’t explain it well. I succeeded eventually but had to experiment because the symbols & sequence are not obvious.That said, if you are patient and willing to work through the set-up, this should prove to be a pretty good monitor.

Accurate Reliable Arm Blood Pressure Monitor
This blood pressure monitor runs very quietly and gently. The results are accurate and reproducible. It is similar to the nice one I have ever used. The display is pretty large and bright. It is easy to read. There are two units to select, mmHg or kPa, that is convenient for people in different countries. In addition, there is a voice announcement to tell the numbers. That is very convenient for elders. The power is by a rechargeable lithium battery with a USB-C port, so the whole size is very small. There is a memory for two users and 120 numbered ever recorded. This is a great monitor.
