An ideal organism. Its structural perfection is matched solely by its hostility. REPORT ISSUED BY DALLAS, ARTHUR: An Alien is stalking us on board the Nostromo, and Govt Officer Kane is lifeless. The remaining crew and I are working collectively to patch the ship and do what we are able to to outlive. I don’t know if we’ll make it. The Alien is large, quick, and lethal, and could possibly be ready simply past the following hatch…Tackle the position of the Nostromo’s crew and work collectively to maneuver by means of the ship, collect provides, and craft objects to finish aims. To win, full your aims and considered one of 5 closing missions earlier than your morale runs out. And keep in mind—in house nobody can hear you scream.
Immersive Gameplay – Recreate the stress of the basic thriller, “ALIEN.” Play as Nostromo crew members Ripley, Brett, Dallas, Lambert, or Parker and work collectively to maneuver by means of the ship, collect provides, and craft objects to finish aims as you evade the Alien.
Nice Replay Worth – No two video games are alike. Full completely different aims and considered one of 5 closing missions and add Science Officer Ash for a more difficult sport.
Makes a Great Present – ALIEN: Destiny of the Nostromo contains attractive, thematic paintings on the board, playing cards, tokens, and participant mats and options fantastically detailed miniatures.
Study to Play On-line – Study to play from a step-by-step rulebook with clear diagrams and visuals, or seek for “Watch It Performed: ALIEN Destiny of the Nostromo” on YouTube for a web based tutorial.

Fun game!
Super fun to play! Makes a great gift and fabulous for game night! Has multiple ending options, so it’s great to play multiple times. Pieces are nice and solid, though not bendable, and add a fun bit of realism. One piece of advice: flashlights are fantastic!

Very fun and easy to learn!
Great board game! It wasn’t too difficult to learn and it was very exciting to play. But I would say, the game is a bit unbalanced. It seems extensive difficult to win the game so might need some adjustments but the quality and presentation is very nice.

Perfect!
I’m still a novice gamer, so I’m always a little worried when I get a new board game that it’ll be too hard to learn or no one will play with me or it won’t be fun. None of these are a problem. It’s very easy to learn, especially if you’ve already played Horrified. The directions are almost identical. It was wonderfully fun even by myself. Although I can’t get anyone to play with me yet, this game allows for a single player. And if playing only one character is too easy (because it can be), add in a second and play both characters. Considering it’s a teamwork game, you can’t cheat by being two or more people.

Quality Starter Co-Op Game
Ravensburger’s Alien: Fate of The Nostromo excellently marries the Alien movie license with a thrilling co-op board game experience. Fans of the film might actually get a better understanding of the ship’s layout. The characters have movie-based abilities. I’m new to these more involved tabletop games, and found Alien: Fate of The Nostromo to be pretty approachable and not too long to play through. The build quality and presentation is really strong, and an excellent value. I would say that it’s a little easy to win even with Ash thrown in to raise the stakes, but a “director’s cut” of rules and some house rules can liven things up.

Favorite game
This is one of my favorite games, and I didn’t even like the movie. It is lots of fun and a strategic game to play with friends. The games is never quite the same each time you play, which makes it a lot of fun. Kind of similar to the game pandemic for those of you who like that game.

Very fun but challenging!
This review is late as I bought this for my mother for Christmas. My family and I love Board Games and she also loves the Alien series. We finally got around to playing this last night (Saturday, February 5th) and we all very much enjoyed it. It didn’t take us more than 5 – 7 minutes to understand how to play it, it’s not overly complicated, and it’s really fun, engaging, and intense. My only ‘complaint’ (I wouldn’t really call this a complaint tbh) is how hard the Game is, losing morale (morale is essential to survival here, losing all of it means you and your team loses) is way too easy, there’s a massive skill curve to it but that’s fine because I always like a challenge. Overall, a fantastic product for Alien and Board Game fans alike!

is a must have… perfection
This is the most beautiful board game I have ever seen… The level of detail on every single aspect: the board with Jonesy painting, the reflection of the Xenomophr in his eyes, the cards… If you love the Alien saga, this game is a must have

Very Fun!
I enjoy solo playing this game. It’s challenging enough into where you feel that game itself is not too hard nor too boring. The final missions are a blast to do, my favorite one to play is “YOU HAVE MY SYMPATHIES” I won’t spoil anything but if you played this game, you’ll know why. It’s rare for me to co-op this game, simply because my gaming buddy is not into these types of board games and most likely isn’t a big fan of the Alien franchise but.. this game is perfect for me! :)The only bad thing, that isn’t related to the game is that i payed for a new game and I got a used one. With the Alien mini coming damaged. Please be aware!

I’m an Alien fan in the first place so I bought this for a collection purpose. As much as I avoided “Jurassic Park Danger” because it seemed to have balance issues (I heard that dinosaurs tend to win 4 games on 5), “Alien: Fate of the Nostromo” is a cooperative game. The players team up against the odds and try to win as a group. It can be the great kind of games when some players in your group tend to be better at strategizing, leaving little room for the others to win. It also mean that you can also play solo because you don’t need an opponent to play against (and most of those non coop games are usually not even fun only with 2 players but may require 3 or more people to be played at their best).I only played a couple of games solo with 2 or 3 characters in my team. I have to agree that the more characters you have in your team, the harder the game tend to be. I may try with more crew when I’ll be fully confident in my knowledge of the rules but it seems already that it’s better played with 2 or 3 people at most… and bring more only for extra challenge… throw Ash (optional character) in the pit if you really want to make your crew have the hardest time of their lives! xDAs a fan of Alien, everything is about the first movie and I really enjoyed the attention to details. Many little details on the board and rules made me smile. It’s really a must have for any fan. I’m only disappointed that my box got damaged during handling as it probably lost a lot of its collector value but Amazon offered a discount to apologize (i thank them very much for their kindness). The overall quality of the game is impressive. Ravensburger are not mainly in the boardgame market. They are a high quality puzzle company more than anything else. With how terrifyingly balanced was “Jurassic Park Danger”, I was afraid that “Alien: Fate of the Nostromo” would have some major downsides like rules that don’t make sense or don’t cover all possible case scenarios (this unfortunately happens way too often with board games). I’m really surprised that so far, rules seemed to cover everything. And for the most subtle questions, most already been asked on the forums of Board Game Geek where the creator of the game himself, Scott Rogers, answered them all.Overall, a great cooperative game that will please most players, especially Alien’s fans! The rules are clear and complete, the game is made with the high quality materials that Ravensburger are well known for.. all this paired with more than a decent price, it’s really a good choice especially for more beginner/casual players!

Brilliant game to play. Easy to learn but can be challenging to play. A co op game which we play regularly as a family. Can play easy or hard level. Even the easy level is challenging so lots of replay value
