Very nice but missing a piece
My daughter really enjoyed putting this together. It was missing a piece and we contacted the seller with no response, which is why it only got 3 stars.

Nice, solid build
Bought this on a lark and it was on sale so even better. This is not an exact fit into the name brand modular building design because it’s built on a double plate instead of baseplate, however the architecture style is a nice addition to my collection. The pieces fit together snugly and stay with little effort. No glue was required (as was suggested in the overview). At first I was a little bummed about missing decals as I looked for about 10 minutes for the sheet without luck. But then I found it tucked in the instruction booklet and had no further issue. Fun build, good looking model. The only thing that would make it better is minifigs, but I’m ok with the model as is. Often these off brand models struggle with stability, but this model has a nice solid design that won’t come apart incidentally. Good job!

Cute but missing the sticker sheet
Love this but wish the sticker sheet came with it as it’s meant to. It takes away some of the aesthetics of it without the stickers

Fun build for a great price.
I got this set to build with my 5yr old knowing it was advanced for his age. The bricks are well made and are of good quality. The directions were not very good and could be frustrating for older kids and inexperienced builders. Overall, it was what I was looking for for the little town we are creating.

The set is pretty and the instructions are fairly easy to follow, but mine was missing the stickers, so the shops are unlabeled which is a disappointment.

If you order it new, make sure that you get it new. I had broken pieces and missing pieces. Very disappointing for puzzles and builds.
