Good- but very sweet
Good product, I use it with vital reds- looking for the health boost and possible breakup up/reduction of arterial plaque- It’s definitely sweeter than I thought it would be and not bad for 9g carbs- the scoop is annoyingly long- have to keep it out of the container once located and extracted! After a few months of use, triglycerides are down a bit (without change to exercise routine or diet). Seller is awesome and would def buy again and look at additional products they offer.

Taking this product has resulted in continuing weight loss (1-2 lbs per week, 18 lbs total after approx 10 weeks), decreased blood pressure (10 points down for both diastolic and systolic after 4 weeks), and at least 90% reduction in chronic pain (within 2 weeks) although I still have spinal stenosis, scoliosis, degenerative disc disease, and arthritis to boot (I cannot take any form of pain medication). It’s amazing what your body can do when it is well-nourished! I mix this with the purple and orange blends and then take 1 TBS of the combined powders in 20 oz of water in the morning. Occasionally, I have a second round in the evening, just because. I’ve noticed that I don’t really crave sweets any longer (which is a miracle in itself). And, no, I’m not dieting while taking this product (just in case you were wondering). Ten weeks ago, my doc told me there was nothing that could be done to manage the pain in my back and increasing loss of mobility and sensation in my leg. I’m planning to visit him again soon, just to show off. 😊

Something in the Super Reds cause my legs to swell as soon as it hit my system??? I keep trying but same thing and no pros. So much form or acid comes to top of the drink no matter much or how little water is added? It has a grainy taste and after taste. I do like it in YOGURT and get no immediate leg swelling. Something in the Greek YOGURT hinders it and have it as a night cap.

I love purity products! The flavor of the super red is ok, not the best not the worst, it has that supplementy taste to it. As it should- this not kool aid, people. The real point of the product is how it makes you feel- and it makes me feel great. I put a scoop in with my vanilla protein powder and it provides that extra kick of green tea and plant based vitamins/antioxidants I need. And it only has 1 net carb and 3 grams of fiber.I did see in some reviews complaints about the container being only 1/2 full- well the product is measured in weight- not how high it comes up in the container. So the size of the container is irrelevant – sure, it may be more visual appealing and satisfying to have a smaller container so the product came right up to the top– but remember your buying the product in weight (343.4 grams). So as long as you’ve got that your not being ripped off.

Bad Headaches
I quite never write reviews , but had to in case this would help someone else.I took this powder for 1 month and had the worst headaches and felt like crap all day.My headaches got so bad I was going to make an appointment at our local Hospital headache center to see what was going on. *( don;t have a migrane history) and in pretty good health.Be cafeful with these powders…reds or greens they are not FDA approved and found this one to be loaded with Stevia. Off of the powder for days now and feel good again
