Pure Encapsulation Trace Minerals, excellent product with one exception
Pure Encapsulations Trace Minerals is a good supplement for minerals we may not be getting in our food. This brand is Non-GMO, Gluten Free and Hypoallergenic, all the characteristics that are necessary for a good product. Its challenging to determine the effectiveness of minerals until there are noticeable improvements in hair, nail and skin conditions, and overall health. This supplement was selected based on the brand, certifications and manufacturing location. The capsules are made of cellulose and don’t have fillers or binders like Magnesium Stearate.For myself, its also important not to exceed the recommended requirements due to potential toxicity. My only concern with these capsules was the higher levels of Chromium and Molybdenum, which may fall in the category of excess, maybe not for some, but definitely for myself. I tried them for about a week until I noticed that something was slightly off. So I began reviewing these components. Despite this, the product offers a good selection of trace minerals, has a very good website and provides excellent value for the price.

50 yrs of Silence: Trace Minerals truly affect the human body.
Pleased with the quality of the gel cap and ease of swallowing. This did not come with a breakdown listing of the trace minerals included in it. US clients do not know that 50 years of mineral research was repressed in their country by congressional act. The moratorium ended in 2003, so there should be greater awareness of the need for mineral supplements. The body uses 90 minerals. This supplement has far less but it a decent price and formulation. I recommend trace for its anti-bacterial properties and anti-viral properties. Unfortunately, the “diabetic” epidemic in the USA is not aware that lack of trace minerals will cause a malnutrition that mimics diabetes. The research showed 76-83% of current insulin users could complex blood sugars internally if given a mineral supplement and did not need insulin…. For more information, search the university chemistry departments research that was done and unpublished during the 50 yrs of silencing. It is truly eye-opening and VERY shameful. Also note, in 2004 the nation of South Africa bought up half the mining in Montana of the trace minerals to be shipped daily to their country. (At 5x the FDA standard daily dosage it was found to halt the replication of the AIDS virus in the S. African school children). It does NOT need refrigeration, nor does it need to be time dosed. Their research is easily accessible and published in the English language for your review.

Good mix of trace minerals
I like that there is molybdenum incorporated in this mix. There is no copper but I think that might be good based on personal diet. I incorporate a lot of copper fortified foods. But good to be aware of if you are copper deficient.Decent size pills. They are capsules and easy to swallow.
