My pain is minimal now and instead of being life impacting, I can do the tasks I was struggling with now! I just bought a second bottle of this so that I will not run out! I want to buy the liquid version for my 3 year old!Pure encapsulations has been a great brand for me and my family. My wife takes the B complex, zinc, and biotin from Pure Encapsulations. She has seen improvements with those supplements as well. Pure encapsulations is a quality brand. They are hypoallergenic. There are no added coatings, binders, shellacs, artificial flavors, artificial sweeteners or colors, fragrance or use magnesium. They do not contain wheat, gluten, nuts, egg, preservatives or hydrogenated oils. I love how simple and pure their other ingredients are. The EPA/DHA from Pure encapsulations is obtained from anchovies, sardines, and mackerel. The label reads that natural tocopherols, gelatin capsule (gelatin, glycerin, water) are the only other ingredients! I am impressed by this company! Their supplements are worth the extra money for the peace of mind that you are getting what you are actually paying for and because they do give you results! Pure Encapsulations is my go to brand.
