Will hold a scoop of protein but not much more. The funnel opening is a bit small so you have to shake and bump it to get it to release the protein powder. Lid does hold tight though.

Smaller than a scoop of protein and honestly not a very encouraging seal and protein powder doesn’t like to pour through the small opening. I don’t know what I will use these for. Maybe pre-workout?
