If Only …
What a pretty dress!__The color I chose is: GREEN. It is a true GRASS GREEN, which is such a cheerful color for Spring and Summer__The sizing is what I consider to be true to size__The bodice is completely smocked, including the back as well__There are side pockets. I think pockets should be included on every casual dress.SMILES There’s just something about pockets that make a dress more comfortable IMO__The puffy sleeves are short with an elasticized hem as well as having elastic on the section going over the top of the shoulder. It is this part of the dress that I am not pleased with, as the sleeve is attached so far to the edge of the bodice that a traditional bra strap is visible, making a need for wearing a strapless bra necessary -which is not a great look for this rather busty gal. The dress could be worn with the sleeves down over the shoulders, which would look nice, IF that is the wearer’s choosing, however, when viewing the video with the models showing this dress, it looks as though the dress has an adequate amount of fabric where the sleeves are attached to the bodice that a strapless bra would not be necessary. I hope that makes sense. In other words, the only way I could wear this dress would be as an off-the-shoulder dress and that is not my wish, nor is it how it looks IMO in the model video__The eyelet fabric is nice and because of the cutouts of the eyelet design, it should not be expected for this dress to be super soft. That is just the nature of the fabric since there is stitching all around the cutouts. This is coming from someone who has experience making clothing and I am familiar with fabric types. The eyelet fabric of this dress is just as I expected it to be__The dress skirt os lined__The dress may seem a bit pricey, but I think it is important to consider the amount of eyelet used in this dress. That particular fabric is not cheap, neither is smocked fabric. So, I think the dress is worth the price as it is of good quality__BOTTOM LINE: Super cute dress, but given my experience with the dress from this listing, I would advise this for those who wish to wear it with a strapless bra whether choosing to wear it on or off the shoulder, as it will not accommodate a regular bra without showing the strap. The only reason I am leaving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the dress I received is not sewn at the bodice to sleeve as depicted in the model video

Happy color… not as flared as I had hoped but a refreshing color that will look great for my needs. I would have liked a tiny bit longer sleeve because the puff is very high if that is important to you.

The “light blue” looks like a green/blue or mint in the picture and when it came, it was truly blue. Not even close to the picture
