Popglory smart watch works excellent. I love it. I can check my pulse, my pressure and my SPO level. It also records how many steps I make on a daily basis and other information. My sleep record and more. It is light weight. You can also get notifications, it can also sync. I got value for my money.

Perfect for Notifications
For less than $30, this watch does the basic smartwatch functions. The battery last for close to 5 days before recharging. There are plenty of phone Apps that are supported for receiving notifications on the watch. Text and Email Messages only show the subject line on the watch (you cannot reply using the watch). Notifications are historically stored on the watch and you can only delete them one-by-one. The Popglory phone App is nice and easy to navigate. The health & step functions work well but don’t count on the blood pressure to be accurate.

Works great except blood pressure
I have been pleasantly surprised with this PopGlory watch. The construction seems solid, the band is comfortable and the display is bright and clear with good color display. The app was easy to set up on my phone and the pairing with the watch was simple to do. I have not had to recharge the battery in almost 3 days.I have tested the various functions, comparing to known devices. The heart rate monitor displays results similar to my Garmin, and my wife’s Apple 7 watch. The step counter is within 2-3% of the Garmin, except for steps on the tennis court, and the PopGlory seems to be better. (The Garmin undercounts short rapid steps.) The oximeter is close enough to my dedicated oximeter to be useful. Where this watch does not do well is in blood pressure readings. I have taken a dozen bp readings spread over the 2 days I have owned the PopGlory, and it has reported every single reading within the range 142-148 systolic and 82-87 diastolic. The lack of variability is suspicious alone, but I have compared a half-dozen of those readings to the results from an Omron arm-cuff bp device immediately after taking the PopGlory readings, and the Omron showed between 116 and 132 systolic and 69 to 77 diastolic, always significantly below the PopGlory. The Omron has been calibrated in my Doctor’s office, so the PopGlory gets the wrong reading for me. However, Apple, Fitbit and Garmin do not provide blood pressure readings at all, and I suspect that they do not do so because the technique employed in these sorts of devices is inherently inaccurate for many, if not all, people. But even with the problems with blood pressure accuracy, the PopGlory seems to be an incredible value. I hope it holds up over time as well as my Garmin has.

It’s okay – Update
Update – I’ve had this watch since 9/1/22 and it is now 9/21/23. It won’t sync to my phone no matter what I do. I’ve followed the instructions on the videos and reset everything but now it shows the wrong time and date because my phone can’t find it to sync. It’s not my phone as that is new and it synced when I was setting up the new phone months ago, it is the watch. I know that you get what you pay for and this watch is no exception.Unfortunately, I bought this watch because I broke the screen on my Apple watch and I didn’t want to spend that much to replace it. It is fair to say that I have been spoiled by my Apple watch so keep that in mind while reading my review.I’ll start with the fact that this watch is a pretty good watch, it does do some of the things that I am used to, however, some of the features do not work. No matter what I do I cannot get it to send me text alerts, if I seek out text messages on the watch I can find some of them (not all) but I do that on my phone, but that negates the point of having text alerts. It does send me incoming call alerts. It does not respond to tapping on the screen, I have to push the button on the side to see the face when my hand is stationary on my desk or whatever. When I lift my wrist it does not always display the face, sometimes I have to push the button on the side to see the time. When it does display after lifting my wrist, I have to wait 2-3 seconds before it lights up.I’m not sure that my step count is accurate – I got 13,000 steps on a day that I would normally have about 8,000.It says that it shows the temperature but it does not, it always gives me an error message. This particularly bugs me because I relied on being able to see the temperature outside at a glance while making plans but now I have to pull up the weather app on my phone. The band that it comes with really sucks, it is so long that I have to buckle into the third hole from the watch and the band wraps around my wrist to the other side of the watch. It is also very rubbery and kind of uncomfortable. But I can always buy another band. The instructions and the app are basic and I can’t get it to link with my exercise app, or even my health app, which throws a wrench in my overall exercise tracking. The advertisement says that it keeps track of heart rate and blood pressure but I learned that you have to tell it to send those numbers to the app, so if you are wanting to quickly check your BP or HR you have to stand still and wait for the watch to get the info. It doesn’t really monitor that for you.Like I said, I have been spoiled by a nicer watch and have replaced that with a very inexpensive watch so some of my comments may seem petty to some. If you are used to keeping track of your health and exercise info, enjoy instant and reliable notifications, like the ease of tapping the screen and seeing the time instantly, you may be a little disappointed in this watch.

Great product
This has been one of the best watches I have had. It has a long battery life. I have pots syndrome so it alerts me when my heart rate gets to high. I have to charge maybe every 2 weeks. It’s always running in the background and calculates hr, sleeping hours and sleep score. Can add apps. This one does have the ability to answer and call and crystal clear talking. It does not have the ability to message people back. It does receive the message but doesn’t have the function to text back. It does have alexa built in so you can connect her to it as well. For what I needed it for its the best. The band size is 22mm.

Pros: standard health fitness tracking watch with blood oxygen feature.Cons: Limited faces. You get an analog looking watch, the standard digital monitor graph and a pic of a small pink rose you cannot change as the watch asks you to upgrade but your app tell you that you can’t upgrade further as your firmware is the latest. So 2 useable faces only.Be careful though, this watch has high inaccurate readings from BP to blood oxygen. I’m at 140-150 range but BP is consistent at 125-131. Oxygen level is 97-98 even if the watch is inside the drawer.Treat this as an expensive digital watch instead.

What a brilliant bit of kit. Does all I need ref walking BP heart etc. Link to iPhone good. No GPS but hey ho I have a phone in my pocket!Great selection of faces. Compared to Fitbit no contest this wins hands down at around a 5th of the price
