Great flavor – Peppermint Bark
This flavor was really good. It reminds me of a flavor that Ghost made pre-pandemic, and I’ve been searching for a replacement since they discontinued it. It’s so good that I just bought another one even though it’s February.

Like some have said, the flavor is pretty intense. Thats not a deal breaker, I’d just opt for a lot more water to cut the flavor down.As someone who works in the design field, its not gonna matter to some, but the packaging is really well done. Feels like you’ve got a premium product. Well done Podium design team!

Tastes great but USE WITH CAUTION
This is one of my go to’s because it tastes so good. However, maybe it’s TMI but this powder messed with my digestive tract so much it gives me internal hemorrhoids if I miss eating enough fiber along with it. I don’t have that problem with any other food/protein powder.. Never had that problem before in my entire life. But if I have this drink even once and don’t eat a couple apples with it or use some husk powder or something for some fiber, it really messes me up. I’m in pain for a few days and using the bathroom is awful. Be careful.

Despite the product listing, the mint chocolate chip flavor is not gluten free. Make sure you read the ingredient list carefully, don’t rely on the actual product description

My favorite for Gaining Muscle
This is a great product if you wanna gain muscle of course and I enjoy all the flavors! So far I am into the mint chocolate chip but, I also love the maple pancake flavor. I add this protien powder with one banana, two scoops of almond butter and 6oz of milk and its just out of this world! There are two things that I would detest which one is the price, its on the more expensive side but will say the varity and different flavors combat that. The next would be an issue that maybe in the future they can fix is that they have sucrose added into it. Granted that its literally one of the last ingredients but I would like to see if they can formulate stevia leaf into it in the future.

This is fine in the flavor department and it mixes fairly easy. Only a little clumping for me. My issue is that it is far too sweet even when mixed with water.
