Kinda funky aftertaste if you let them sit in your mouth a little too long. Idk if they’re effective or not, but I feel better getting vitamins from fruits and vegetables (even if they’re powdered) than a standard multivitamin. They worked for me, and I think they can also double as a little extra fiber supplement.

I can’t say anything about if it works or not since I just started taking them but the smell and taste of them is just so strong and nasty I’m not sure how I’m going to continue taking these

With the other brands you take one each for fruits & veggies. This one is combined so only taking one each time instead of two is helpful. Plus a better price.
