For a capsule form I think this herbal supplement is pretty good. It’s nice to think you’re going to get some added fruits and vegetables that you need into your diet. But I wouldn’t rely on this as the only source of your veggies and fruits. There’s nothing that beats the real deal. It’s just that when you’re on the go, you don’t always have time to make some extra vegetables and fruits to add them to your diet. Taking this supplement will definitely be better than consuming absolutely nothing. Again… The real deal is always the better choice; but with busy hectic schedules the way we have…sometimes it is hard to think about what we are eating. I am going to keep taking them, even though I haven’t seen any life changing results, to the point where I will totally eliminate my fruits and vegetables.

does produce gas just like a real vegetable lol
these pills smell like broccoli when you open the container. They are easy to swallow. I have noticed that 1 pill causes lots of gas and stomach distress if taken on an empty stomach, so, I now take the pill with a heavier meal. I still get gas but not the stomach cramps. Be careful if you take more than 1 pill per day. I plan on taking 2 pills per day in the future.

I’m on the go alot and it’s tough to eat healthy. On these days, Its nice I can rely on this fruits and veggies blend.Presumably they freeze-dry the fruits and veggies, as these are mostly water. They then pack it in vegetarian capsules.The directions say take TWO capsules TWO to THREE time daily. This one jar should last about 60 to 40 days. Not bad!I’d like to see the nutritional breakdown of this product. How much of each different type of fruit and vegetable? What does the freeze drying do to the vitamins?
