Poor Quality – Sent It Back Immediately.
Bought this in anticipation of our new puppy coming home. I filled it with soap, secured the cap and then ran the bath. By the time the bath was ready, half the soap had leaked out of the hole you’re supposed to squeeze the soap through. When I actually tried to use it by squeezing it to get more soap out, the cap shot off into the tub. I put the cap back on, and pressed the cap to squeeze the soap out, which just lodged the cap inside the thing.Very cheaply made. Sent back immediately.

Good concept, but needs work
Overall, the concept of this product is well done…however, when I place the soap inside it doesn’t stay put until I’m ready to use on my doggies. The soap quickly leaks where the bristles are. Aside from massaging, able to scrub further with this device…you might as well just pour the soap directly onto the dog instead. Another problem is how difficult it is to clean and black mold forms too easily. I had to toss it out.

Such an easy product to use when bathing the dog, just put the shampoo inside and scrub the dog, also gives them a bit of a massage at the same time. It isn’t very sturdy so you do have to hold it tightly while lathering the dog
