Fair warnung…the only slight annoyances I have experienced with this product is that sometimes it feels like 1 of the pills will stick at the back of my throat & burps are nasty. However, these may be just my own particular issues as I have issues swallowing anyway, main EPI symptom is burping, & I HATE the taste of organ meats (hence supplement form). The benefit of not having to eat organ meats, but still get their amazing nutrient profiles far out ways these minor & personal issues. Please read on for all the other great news & benefits I have experienced.I have been taking this product since June 2021 at the full dosage & several others from this brand since Oct 2019. I have struggled with malabsorption issues for most of 40+ yrs & finally was recently diagnosed with severe Exocrine Pancreatic Insufficiency (EPI/PEI). However I have been very satisfied with all the products I have used from this company & they have all been well tolerated as well as being able to tell big differences when taking them. That is not my experience with many other brands. I have learned to do lots of research on supplements & companies due to previous failures & issues.Just prior to my severe EPI diagnosis I had lab work done that showed upper end values for certain minerals & vitamins that I have always had sub low levels for in the past. After the diagnosis, but too soon for PERT therapy to create a change, my eye exam showed almost miraculous improvements taking me from specialized lenses to being able to get away with just readers. As my health degenerates these 2 results had us all stumped. The only thing that I can come up with to explain them is this product. Great choice
Overall, good product. When you first get the package, you will notice that there is a seal over and under the cap, which I like. There is a pretty sketchy smell to the pills when you open then up however. These seem to be really natural and high quality, even though they’re cheaper than many other 9comparable products. One thing I don’t like is how you need to take 6 per day. That seems like quite a lot to me. It is nice to know you’re getting all your vitamins and nutrients in on spot so easily.

I like “nose to tail” supplements like this, and it appears that the ingredients are comparable to other brands.Multi-organ supplements don’t normal give me the lift that liver, alone, does. I take them for what they’re giving me, not for how they make me feel, necessarily.This one feels no better or worse than other comparable brands, but the price is better. I’ll likely continue to take this as the multi, but use other brands for the liver and for glandulars.

Most people don’t know the nutritional benefit of consuming organ meats and fewer still will actually go out of their way to eat them. Although I’d like to know, generally, what the micronutrient content of this supplement is, it’s a good way to benefit from organ meats on a regular basis without always consuming them. It’s 6 pills a day, which is a bit much, but they’re easy to swallow. They do have a smell to them, so if you have a sensitive stomach, this may not be for you. When belching, you do get a little bit of the aftertaste, but it’s not so bad.

Started doing a carnivore diet after reading the Carnivore Code by Dr. Paul Saladino. These supplements were competitively priced so I gave them a try. After using for a few weeks I look and feel healthier than before. My diet is technically ketogenic and I haven’t had any keto flu like symptoms from lack of electrolytes while taking these organ meat supplements. I’m rather impressed.

Dubious quality… where do they source their cattle?
I’ve had some success with a different brand who sources their cows from the grasslands of Argentina. In an effort to save a few dollars, I decided to try the Peak Performance Liver, Organ Complex and Bone Marrow. I’m starting to question the quality of these three products as I’ve had some arthritic pain and digestive issues return since going off my previous brand and trying these.So where do they source their cattle from? Good question! The Peak Performance website doesn’t even list these products as something they produce and the Amazon descriptions don’t provide any sourcing information which is beyond dubious. They say it’s manufactured in USA… okay great… that tells me nothing about the actual quality of the cows which, in my view, is kind of an important factor when you’re throwing multiple capsules of the cow’s organs down your gullet.Since I can’t get any information on the sourcing or quality, I’m just lucky that my body’s biological feedback told me there’s something wrong with these. Throwing them in the trash… I wouldn’t even feed these to my neighbor’s insufferably noisy cat. For all I know I could be consuming liver-flavored baking soda. I suggest you look elsewhere.
