Great Product
I purchased this product mostly because I hoped that it would help with headaches when I get them. I took this product last weekend when I felt a headache coming on, and it did help! It didn’t work as quickly as ibuprofen; however, it did help to dull the pain and then the headache did go away completely after a couple hours. It worked well enough that I will be using this instead of ibuprofen when I feel a headache coming on. Product tastes fine – no weird taste or after taste at all. Will continue to purchase!

While this is a good product, not good for me
Giving this 3 starts to balance out this rating. I am familiar with the benefits of all the goodies in this Apple Cider Complex, and find ACV too unpleasant to drink, so I was excited to try this product, signing up for subscription of 3 bottles every 90 days.Sadly, my body does not like this product. While it did not seem to bother my digestion, I got pain in my wrist during the trial period. Since I never have any pain or problem with my wrists, I found this very odd. As soon as I stopped taking it, the pain stopped. I managed to miss the return window by 1 day, so now I am stuck with 3 bottles I can’t use. My bad! (decision to buy 3 bottles, that is!)

Help with digestion
These apple cider vinegar supplements have been a life saver! I have suffered with digestive issues due to low acid. I always thought my problem was caused by having too much acid and then I learned about how ACV could help. I tried drinking water with ACV and I just couldn’t. This is the perfect solution. I also love that it has turmeric which helps with inflammation. It’s a great combination of natural ingredients instead of those prescription drugs that cause all kinds of other issues.
